在台灣,雖然經過幾十年來自政府的呼籲與重視,仍有很大比例的兒童從小學就開始戴眼鏡,且終其一生都脫離不了眼鏡這個行業。進幾年來,儘管台灣的人口出生率不斷降低,可是因此造成的眼鏡商機損失卻因為人口老化產生的新商機彌補,使得眼鏡產業仍能保持穩定的成長率,也吸引不少業者加入此產業。 能夠獨力創業並擁有一個擁有自我獨創風格型態的事業,是多數人一生夢想的實現。本研究的主題根源於某位資深眼鏡行的從業人員在工作十幾年之後,一方面覺得眼鏡事業在台灣不論是現在或未來都能保有不錯的前景,另一方面想要實現長久以來想要擁有一個屬於自己的事業,決定要走上創業之路,並將其未來眼鏡行設店的地點設定於他所熟悉的雲林縣虎尾鎮區域。 在選擇設店地點方面,許多業者大多憑藉個人的經驗法則進行,此種過去經驗的累積,固然可作為設店地點選擇的依據,但卻可能出現過於主觀且選擇錯誤造成龐大損失的情形。因此,本研究乃以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),建構屬於眼鏡業之興店選址關鍵因素;以實務觀點出發,讓眼鏡業經營者能掌握店址選擇之精要,取得最佳的選址地點。本研究嘗試建立一套標準化的選址關鍵因素之精要評估準則,使投資者能以更客觀性且有效率的方式執行店址選擇的工作。
In Taiwan, although the government has advocated and expressed their concern, a great proportion of young children have to wear eyeglasses since their young age and for their entire life. Although Taiwan's fertility rate has declined in recent years but the adverse effect is compensated by the growing demand of presbyopia from old people. Because of the steady growth rate in eyeglasses industry it appeals many businessmen to invest in. Be able to own a business by oneself and has its personal style is a dream of many people. For this study, the case is about a person who has been in the eyeglasses industry for more than ten years and wants to establish his own business in this industry. Therefore, he decides to run an eyeglasses shop in Huwei area where he is very familiar with. When deciding the site of eyeglasses shop, the decision makers always subjectively evaluate the appropriate site according to personal experiences which is subjective and not comprehensive enough. Sometimes decision made by this way causes problems or losses. In order to utilize the valuable professional experience while avoiding subjective bias, this study applies AHP to identify the key factors for selecting the eyeglasses shop. Hopefully, the best outcome will be developed through the systematic and structured approach.
