鍛造直傘齒輪齒頂圓角與齒底圓角設計分析

摘要


本文以鍛造直傘齒輪齒頂圓角與齒底圓角為探討對象,針對在現有齒形不變的情況下,只改變齒頂圓角與齒底圓角,研究齒輪組在運動過程中圓角受力情形、是否干涉、齒輪傳動的連續性,及鍛造過程中圓角及齒面磨耗的情況,瞭解圓角的特性,並提出方案。利用Mathematica軟體建立直傘齒輪真實齒面,匯入Pro/ENGINEER軟體建構三維模型,再將模型匯入HyperMesh前處理器進行有限元素模型網格劃分、齒輪材料性質設定、局部座標系設定、邊界條件設定、碰撞接觸模式設定、速度載荷設定等,最後藉由LS-DYNA動力學軟體進行分析求解運算,以瞭解齒頂圓角與齒底圓角之受力情況、是否干涉、齒輪接觸的連續性。利用DEFORM-3D軟體進行有限元素模型網格劃分、齒輪材料性質設定、熱傳溫度設定、速度設定、接觸設定等、最後進行求解,瞭解齒輪鍛造過程中圓角磨耗之特性,提出調整方案,對於提高齒輪設計上極大幫助。

In this paper, the researcher investigated the root fillet and top fillet of the forging of straight bevel gear as a subject, and under the condition of constant tooth profile, the researcher only changed the root fillet and top fillet. The paper studied the four issues: the condition that the gear fillet was under stress, whether the interference exited, the continuity of the teeth marks, and the degree that the corner was worn and torn during the forging process. All of them are observed in the motion to learn the features of fillets, and then make a proposal. The researcher used Mathematica software to build real straight bevel gear tooth surface, and imported Pro / ENGINEER software to construct three-dimensional models. Then, models imported HyperMesh pre-processor were in the process of finite element model mesh, material properties gear setting, the local coordinate system setting, the boundary conditions setting, scratching mode setting, speed load setting, etc. Finally, by LS-DYNA software of dynamics, the researcher analyzed solving operations in order to understand the forces of top fillet and root fillet, whether the interference existed, and the continuity of teeth marks. The researcher also used DEFORM-3D software to proceed with finite element model mesh, material properties gear setting, heat transfer temperature setting, speed setting, exposure setting, and finally find a solution, in order to understand the physical properties about abrasion of gear forging process fillet and propose adjusted programs as a purpose to improve the design of gears.
