簡易攜帶型汽車避震器檢測裝置之研究

摘要


本論文考量都市的繁密度,而將傳統汽車避震器檢測機型簡化,而達 到可攜帶的目標,而可直接在現場進行簡易的檢測分析。本文使用ARM嵌入式模組,發展避震器檢測裝置;汽車行經障礙物時,以紅外線距離感測元件回授汽車與地面距離的變化;經由行經障礙物之車輛避震模型與檢測模型之推導;而完成一簡易攜帶型汽車避震器檢測裝置。本論文亦將設計完成之簡易攜帶型汽車避震器檢測裝置,實際安裝至SAAB款式汽車上測試,並將測試結果,與傳統保養廠內之BEISSBARTH screen-testline 7000避震器測試機檢測的結果比較,以驗證設計之避震器檢測裝置的可行性。

This paper had simplified the inspective device for the shock absorber of automobile and modified the traditional models to be a portable one. This paper adopts the embedded ARM module to develop the controller for the shock absorber; the distance between automobile and the ground after passing the obstacle is detected by an infrared range sensor component; then the portable inspection device for the shock absorbers in automotive vehicles is developed via the vibration model between the absorber, vehicle and obstacle. The portable inspection device developed for the shock absorbers in automotive vehicles is also setup to test the shock absorber of a SAAB to justify its feasibility by comparing with the BEISSBARTH screen-testline 7000.
