隨著國內公共工程與重大專案統包工程對整體施工品質及工安環保問題大幅提升下,要使統包工程公司在施工期間內完成工作,並獲利情況之下,常面臨遴選承攬商的難題。以往遴選出的承攬商常在惡性銷價競爭下無法兼顧施工進度及施工品質,就是專業與經濟能力的不足,常使得工期延宕,未能如期完工影響統包公司工程信譽與聲譽。 本研究應用多屬性決策方法做探討,利用修正式德爾菲法(Modified Delphi Method)經由專家訪談與問卷,找出評估因子進行層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)統計分析遴選出適當承攬商。藉此研究可提供組織或企劃團隊作為遴選承攬商之參考依據。
Over the last few years, no matter public or major private construction projects all have a higher demand for the integral piping quality, labor safety, and environmental issues. An EPC engineering company not only has to meet the mechanical completion date but to earn profits, the selection of subcontractors can be a difficulty. In the pasts, if the selected subcontractors have poor quality, lack of professionalism or have financial problems always influence the overall schedules and cause the delay penalty that ruin the company’s reputation. The thesis adopts the multiple attribute decision making method. Using Modified Delphi Method to find out the assessment factors by interview with experts and questionnaire first, then analyze and gather statistics to select proper subcontractors by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research can be a reference for organizations or project teams to select subcontractors.
