裁模肘節機構之運動與動力分析

摘要


本研究為國科會編號NSC 96-2622-E-110 -001,主要針對「裁模機構」在高速運動過程中,因不良動態效應所產生之振動問題,詳加討論分析並探討其改善方法。文中採用向量迴路法、相對速度法與微分法進行各桿件之運動分析,而動力分析採用牛頓第二定律求取支座反力、桿件傳遞力與驅動扭矩,並利用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0撰寫應用程式,且以CATIA進行建模,獲得動力分析所需各桿件的質心位置、重量與慣性量,完成變速機構、肘節機構與逆變速機構之設計分析應用軟體,最後由逆向法找出合理且有效之改善方式,導引至工程實例上。

This research can number NSC 96-2622-E-110 for the country branch -001, mainly aims at “cuts the mold organization” in the high speed rate process, because the bad dynamic effect has the vibration question, the detailed Canadian discussion analyzes and discusses its improvement method. Of in the article uses the vector current method, the relative velocity law and the differential method carries on movement of analysis various members, but the mechanical analysis uses the Newton second law seeking reaction of support, the member transmission strength and the actuation torque, and using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 composition application program, and carries on the modelling by CATIA, obtains the mechanical analysis to need various members the center of mass position, the weight and the inertia quantity, completes of project analysis application software the gearshift mechanism, the toggle mechanism and the counter gearshift mechanism, finally discovers reasonable and the effective improvement way by the reversion law, guides to the project example
