摘要

本論文研究旨在了解雲林縣警察局警察人員之電腦素養現況及其相關因素，並依據研究分析所得之結果提出建議，以供警政單位作為警察人員電腦素養教育訓練課程規劃之參考。
本研究之研究工作為參考國內外相關文獻及依據研究者實際工作經驗自編之結構式問卷，研究對象為雲林縣警察局警察人員。總計研究對象為159人，回收147份問卷，問卷回收率為92.4%，剔除7份廢卷，有效問卷共140份，有效問卷回收率為88.1%。
所得問卷資料以次數分佈、百分率、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸加以統計分析，結論如下：雲林縣警察局警察人員具有中等程度的電腦素養，其中以作業系統及周邊設備之操作能力最高，其次為電腦與網際網路的認識，而應用軟體及網路應用分別位居第三、第四；若以電腦素養中之單向來看，則以受理報案E化平台資訊系統的能力最好，而簡報製作能力為最差。而內勤之警察人員、年齡較輕、教育程度越高、工作場所電腦設備達到標準、家中電腦設備達到標準、修習電腦課程學分數越高，參加電腦教育訓練講習種類越多、電腦使用經驗越久、使用電腦頻率越高、使用電腦時間越長、常使用的電腦軟體數量越多者，有較高之電腦素養。
雲林縣警察局警察人員電腦素養之重要預測變項為「電腦教育訓練講習種類」、「電腦課程學分數」、「使用電腦的時間」、「使用電腦的頻率」，而其中以「電腦教育訓練講習種類」影響力最大。

This research aims to assess the computer literacy of the police in Yunlin County Police Bureau and the reasons behind it. In addition, this research, based on its results, further provides suggestions for reference of police computer literacy training courses planning.
The research tools employed related overseas and domestic documents as well as the self-designed structured questionnaire on the basis of the researcher's work experience. A total of 159 police in Yunlin County Police Bureau served as the population of this research. 147 questionnaires were received. 7 questionnaires were invalid and deleted. The recovery rate for the remaining valid 140 questionnaires was 88.1%.
The data collected has been analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion revealed is as follows: the police of Yunlin County Police Bureau possess mid-level computer literacy. The important predictable factors in this research of computer literacy for Yunlin County police are “credits for computer courses”, “categories of computer education and training workshops”, “how long they use computers”, “how often they use computers”. Among these factors, “categories of computer education and training workshops” plays a key role to influence the result.
