從BIM到OSM的室內資訊萃取架構及延伸應用

摘要


建築資訊模型(Building Information Model, BIM)包含詳細室內資訊及豐富語意之特性,並具有二維視圖及三維模型展示功能,因此大多使用於工程設計、規劃、審圖、檢驗等階段。本研究提出從BIM到OSM之室內資訊萃取架構,且實際測試BIM到OSM延伸應用,以下四項為主要研究項目:(1)發展BIMOSM,針對BIM實體(Entity)與關係(Relation)進行分析;(2)提出BIM模型導入室內資訊至OSM之架構,分為幾何與屬性兩大部分,並使用BIMOSM概念擴充既有室內OSM語意模型;(3)驗證BIMOSM圖資之精度、資訊量、細緻度等,探討BIMOSM成為OSM圖資來源之效益;(4)展示BIMOSM成果之延伸應用,包含室內路徑規劃及室內環景應用。實驗成果展示BIM導入OSM轉換格式框架,建立BIMOSM欄位屬性表,並證明顯示BIMOSM圖資表現比OSM圖客繪製圖資更佳,最後成果結合OSM應用進行OpenLevelUp室內路徑規劃與Mapillary室內環景影像之實際應用,使未來開放室內資訊擁有新的選擇。

BIM (Building Information Model) has detailed indoor information and abundance of semantic information. BIM model can be visualized in 2D and 3D, which is usually used for engineering purposes. OSM (OpenStreetMap) is a collaborative map and mostly on outdoor information. This study proposed an indoor conversion scheme from BIM to OSM. The major works include: (1). The development of BIMOSM. The BIMOSM is a data model which focuses on BIM’s entity and relation. (2). To establish indoor conversion scheme from BIM to OSM. The idea is to extend indoor OSM semantics with BIMOSM concept. The conversions include geometrical and attribute transformation. (3). The quality assessment by comparing the accuracy, semantic information, and detail between BIMOSM and existing OSM model. (4). The demonstration of BIMOSM applications, such as indoor routing and indoor panorama viewing. The experiment indicates that BIM-derived BIMOSM model is better than the existing OSM model. This research demonstrated a semi-automatic transformation scheme from BIM to OSM. Moreover, this research also created suitable keys and values for BIMOSM. Finally, the BIMOSM can be used indoor routing and indoor panorama image applications. In summary, BIMOSM could be open indoor information to improve the application of existing BIM model.
