新創公司精實創業所面臨的困難與挑戰 -    以三友集團為例

2017年，年屆四十歲的我，第一次踏上美國的國土。從人就說，美國是一個自由開化獨立的殿堂，那裡的氧氣連呼吸都可以功力大增。我從台灣大學政治系畢業後，面臨了要考高普考，研究所，出國深造的三叉路口。經由父母的引薦，拜會了當時剛從法務部長卸任的廖正豪先生。他的一句話，改變了我接下來的人生。他說，夫人在世，但求立德立功立言。小弟才疏學淺，從小對生意就有自己的一套。在加州柏克萊吸收了HAAS商學院的養分後，更覺得要把我在深圳創業以來所面臨到的好事壞事，成功失敗，歡笑淚水，傳承給未來有志在青年階段就白手起家創業的在校就讀學弟妹。讓學弟妹去思考一件事：在現今資訊爆炸快速更迭的市場，流於傳統的資訊管理已經落伍，用精實創業的精神，腳踏實地，人人都可以是創新家，人人都可以在自己感興趣的領域上，創造出屬於自己熱愛的人生，把從學校學來的管理，真正落實及應用在自己創造的公司。

Ｉstepped in the free land of America when I was almost 40 in 2017. People said that the USA is a temple full of freedom, Open-minded, and Independence. You get improved a lot even inhale and exhale the air. When I graduated from Politics group, National Taiwan University, I was facing the dilemma of government exams and graduate school overseas. Through the introduction of my parents I visited the former legal minister Mr. Liao. What he said influenced my upcoming life. He said, people shall either to set one's virtue or to set one's meritorious or to expound one's ideas in writing. I was not good at studying. However, I was talented in business start-ups. After the lectures in UC Berkley, I had a deep thought to share what I confronted either good or bad things, success or failure, laugh and tears to those who are willing to devote themselves in start-up new business in youth stage. They shall think about one thing: the traditional management skills are not compatible in this information explosion era. Only if they build up their own company based upon the spirit of lean start-up, step by step, to create a life full of passions in the domains they are really good at.
