以Cr:YAG為飽和吸收體之脈衝式Nd:YVO4雷射之特性研究

摘要


本研究為被動式Q開關Nd:YVO4雷射之特性分析,改變輸出耦合鏡之反射率和飽和吸收體(Cr:YAG)的初始穿透值做一系列有系統性的分析,當輸出耦合鏡之反射率選用70%與飽和吸收體初始穿透值為67%所搭配時,可以得到最佳的脈衝能量、脈衝寬度和峰值功率分別為4.38μJ、6.65ns與659.1W,同時本研究藉由被動式Q開關雷射的速率方程式之理論模型,探討輸出耦合鏡反射率對於雷射輸出特性之影響,最後將實驗結果與理論模擬進行探討分析

In this study, a systematic observation of a passively Q-switched Nd:YVO4 laser by varying initial transmission of saturable absorbers and reflectance of output couplers. When the reflectivity of the output coupling mirror is 70% and the initial transmission of Cr:YAG is 67%, the laser performance such as the pulse energy, pulse width, and peak power are 4.38μJ, 6.65ns, and 659.1W, respectively. The rate equations of passive Q-switched laser are used to simulation the influence between the reflectance of output mirror and laser properties.
