建物壁癌防治知識系統初探

A Knowledge Management System For Building Efflorescence Remediation Method

摘要


台灣屬熱帶海島型氣候,高溫多濕,許多建築物的水泥牆壁,常會出現白粉毛狀的黴菌,不但令人厭煩,有礙觀瞻,處理上又很難根絕,相關壁癌防治專業知識迫切需要經驗之教導與傳承。然而業界及坊間,有關之參考書籍文獻尚嫌不足,導致壁癌防治無法根治。 為預防及處理建物發生壁癌現象,本研究將從各種現象中,探討施工實務面之問題,回饋正確處理案例,並從錯誤中引以為鑑,提出整合資料庫,提供業界與一般民眾作為參考工具書。 過去壁癌研究,零散而無系統,形成資訊爆炸,使用者相當不便,本研究要發展一套具案例庫、工具庫及決策輔助功能之整合性知識系統。要結合專業廠商、領域專家建立電腦知識庫,資料要與使用者建立回饋機制,達到資料更新、正確。 祈本研究從知識系統的整合,期待更新領域,發展成專家系統,造福更多需求的使用者。

Taiwan is a tropical island climate, temperature and humidity, the cement walls of many buildings, often appear hairy white powder mold, not only irritating, unsightly, handling it very difficult to eradicate, related building efflorescence urgent need for prevention and treatment expertise experience of teaching and heritage. However, the industry and the common people, the literature reference books is inadequate, resulting in Building Efflorescence control incurable. Building for the prevention and treatment occur building efflorescence, this study from a variety of phenomena to explore the practical side of construction issues, feedback to correctly handle the case and learn a lesson from mistakes and put forward integration of the database, providing the industry with the general public as reference tool. Research over the past building efflorescence, scattered without the system, the formation of an information explosion, a considerable inconvenience to users, this study is to develop a database with Case, tools, databases and decision support capabilities of integrated knowledge system. In connection with the professional company, established experts in the field of computer knowledge base, data and user feedback mechanisms to achieve the information updated and correct. Pray this study of knowledge systems integration, expect updates in the field, developed into an expert system to benefit more users demand.
