利用超音波量測結構體強度與水泥含量評估混凝土品控水準

摘要


本試驗擬先期於試驗室內建置同料源、不同水灰比(w/cm)之混凝土配比設計,求得混凝土模製圓柱試體之抗壓強度、齡期與超音波速以及90天齡期之水灰比、硬化混凝土水泥含量與實際水泥用量關係曲線。 擇某工程所規定之同料源混凝土等級,澆置混凝土結構體,並求得模製圓柱試體之抗壓強度、齡期與超音波速以及硬化混凝土水泥含量,結構體超音波與齡期等彼此相關性迴歸曲線後,藉此對結構體作長期重覆性超音波量測來評估結構體混凝土強度;以及檢測硬化混凝土水泥含量來評估預拌廠品質控制水準與均勻性,進而擬訂定相關檢測規範之可行性試驗。
