運用生態工程改善河川水質並提昇河川自淨能力-以南崁溪為例

摘要


生態工程的觀念源自於德國以及瑞士,近年來逐步推展至全世界。在1938年德國,Seifert首先提出近自然河溪整治的概念,為能夠在完成傳統河流治理任務的基礎上可以達到接近自然、廉價並保持景觀美的一種治理方案。 2001年納莉颱風重創北台灣,由於降水量遠超過相關單位預估值,造成洪水肆虐,嗣颱風過後,滿坑滿谷卵石密佈,產、官、學界莫不盼望能善用此自然資源,恢復河川相貌,保護沿岸居民安全外,更能善用生態工程,延續資源的再生利用,進而改善水質,維護河川自然生態。 本研究以桃園縣南崁溪淨化場為研究區域,運用生態工程所重建的近自然環境,除能改善水質,更能提供日常休閒遊憩空間、各類生物棲息環境、國土保安、水土保持、生態保育、環境綠美化、景觀維護、自然教育及國民健康等功能。 各工區之水質淨化成效,以南崁橋段(人工濕地)SS、BOD下降比率最高,成效最好,DO平均上升百分比以河底橋段(礫間淨化法)來的最高,且同時提昇周遭環境景觀綠美化,引入多樣的自然生態元素,豐富生態食物鏈外,亦提供縣民散步、休閒、淨心的優質環境,成為創造親近水域極佳案例。

But Nari typhoon heavy losses Taiwan in 2001, because the precipitation far surpasses t estimates the reasonable value, wreak the river floods, after the typhoon crosses, the pebbles are densely covered the river, produce the official, study did not hope can friendly with this natural resource, restore the river facial expression, protects outside the coast inhabitant safety, can friendly with the ecological engineering, continue the resources the regeneration use, then the improvement water quality, maintains the river natural ecology. In this thesis, using Taoyuan Nakan River to be an example, the near natural environment which the Ecological Engineering reconstruct, not only improve the water quality, but also provide the daily leisure amusement and rest space, each kind of living thing perches the environment, national territory security, water and soil conservation, ecology care, environment green beautification, landscape maintenance, nature education, national health and rest. Water quality of purification result various work areas, Nakan bridge section SS, BOD drop ratio highest, result best, the DO average rise percentage comes by the Hede bridge section to be highest, also simultaneously promotes the week to suffer the environment landscape green beautification, introduces the diverse natural ecology element, outside the rich ecology food chain, also provides the county people to take a walk, the leisure, only the heart high quality environment, the creation is intimate with the water resources adaptation extremely good case.
