大客車節能與安全評估系統之研究

摘要


節能與環保為目前全球之主要議題,同時也是各國相關政策發展之主軸,於交通運輸方面,由於各國土地面積之不同,而發展出其運輸工具。在台灣,隨著工業發展以及都市化之成果,大小客車等交通工具普及,但伴隨而來之碳排放以及各種交通事故,則為國人之隱憂,成為迫切需改進之要點。有鑑於此,本研究係以針對大客車節能與安全之議題進行研究,透過分析國內外之行車教育訓練方法與研究,比較其內容之差異性,並加以改良於本研究中。透過教育訓練進而建立一節能與安全之評估系統,以協助改善大客車駕駛者之行車行為;並透過實驗前後之分析,評估其教育訓練之可行性與適用性。 本研究透過與教育訓練所之訓練員合作,並建立一研究流程與訓練項目及準則,依照研究主軸循序漸進之執行,並且以教育訓練前後為分界,針對各受測駕駛前後測之駕駛行為,分析其各項數據之變化,進而探討教育訓練對於其數據之影響。 研究中建立一節能與安全指標,遂以分析各受測駕駛之節能與安全駕駛行為,透過教育訓練與量化分析將可明顯改善其燃油效率以及駕駛行為之穩定度,研究發現可提升平均燃油效率5.2 %、降低跟車事件所佔之不安全率約17.2 %與降低變換車道所佔之不安全率約39 %。

Energy-saving and environmental protection is the major issues in the world, but also the main shaft that countries of policy development. For the transport front, due to the different countries in land area and development of its transport. Along with industrial and urbanization development and the popularity of transport in Taiwan but accompanied by carbon emissions and traffic accidents will be the big problem to the people. Research based on the bus energy-saving and safety issue in this study, to analysis of different countries driving education, and compare the contents of the differences then improve in this research. Establish a energy-saving and safety assessment system by the education training to improve the bus driver's behavior, and assess feasibility and applicability of training by analysis experiment before and after. This research collaboration with the education trainers, and establish a process of training project and standards, executive follow by the research process, analysis changes of data and discuss the impact on the training of data to all driver driving behavior from education. To establish a saving and safety index in the research, then analysis that driver's saving and safety driving behavior, through the training and analysis will significantly improve fuel efficiency and the stability of driving behavior, the average fuel efficiency improves 5.2 %, reduce rates of unsafe escort and lane change approximately 17.2 % and 39 %.
