RFID技術於台灣物流業與零售業之應用現況與未來發展

摘要


無線射頻辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)被CNN列為21世紀十大重要技術之一,全球最大的零售業龍頭Wal-Mart百貨公司宣布2005年開始,要求下游前百大供應商必須在交貨的棧板與紙箱上安裝RFID電子標籤,進而引爆了全球RFID的應用熱潮。 有鑑於國外RFID產業的興起,我國政府為有效發展我國RFID產業,也紛紛展開許多計畫希望能創造RFID需求帶動產業,引導產業投入研發與導入應用RFID技術。但根據資料顯示,與世界先進國家比較,台灣RFID技術在物流業與零售業的應用相對落後,若不迎頭趕上,未來相關廠商恐將面臨競爭力不足的問題與威脅。 因此,本研究擬透過個案研究的方式,探討國內物流業與零售業導入RFID的現況與成敗因素及導入時所遭遇的困難,希望藉此能夠幫助國內物流業與零售業者導入RFID技術以提昇競爭力與世界接軌。

RFID is named as the top ten important technology in the 21st century by CNN. The largest retailer Wal-Mart announced that they will require their suppliers delivery merchandise with RFID Tag from 2005. The way break out tidal wave of RFID applications around the world. In view of the rise and develop of foreign RFID industry, Taiwan government have started many project hopes to develop of RFID industries effectively. Besides, the government also supported company on R&D research of RFID technology. However, the data show that Taiwan''s RFID technology used in the logistics and retail industry is relatively backward. (Compared with other advanced countries.) If we still ignore this problem, many related companies probably will face the problem and threats of insufficient. Therefore, this study would like to explore the domestic logistics industry and the retail industry‘s current status, success factors and difficulties encountered on RFID introduction process. In the study, I will use approach of case study to complete this study. Eventually, I hope this study can help to improve RFID technology application effect and competitiveness on Taiwan logistics industry and retailers.
