中文摘要 本研究以企業關鍵成功因素與組織生命週期理論,探討台灣工具機業者,面對「快速回應市場需求」、「高度競爭化國際市場」的產業特性,企業如何藉由各階段轉型成長與蛻變的特徵和特性,及必須挑戰的經營問題,聚焦在主要的關鍵成功議題上,調整內部資源與管理對策,形成一組驅動企業成功的經營模式。本研究希望藉由個案研究方法,進行深度訪談,並解析受訪個案公司,歸納出創立時期、成長時期及成熟時期的關鍵成功因素。 從探討分析個案公司成長軌跡的拐點,及其後續發展,本研究結果發現: 一、企業位於創立期時,創業者的創業家精神與經營資金是企業持續存活與經營的關鍵成功因素。 二、企業位於成長期時,建立管理制度、專業管理與授權及分工專業化是其大幅佔有市場的關鍵成功因素。 三、企業位於成熟期時,獲取高素質人力、國際化市場與通路及投資多角化是其營運不墜與永續發展的關鍵成功因素。
ABSTRACT This study employstheories of key success factors and organizational lifecycle to explore how Taiwan's machine tool businesses, facing industry characteristics of “rapid response to market demands” and " highly competitive international market",adapt themselves to manage operational challenges through internal resources adjustment, strategies management, focusing on major and critical issues to success, and eventually form up drivers group of business success model that transit businesses through each stage of growth.The case- study method via interviews in-depthanalyzed and summarized the key success factors to each period of birth, growth and maturity of the respondent companies. Explored and analyzed the “inflection point” of the case company's growth trajectory and its subsequent development, this study found the following results: 1.Entrepreneurship and operating funds are the key success factors to business sustainability in the birth period. 2.In growth period, the key success factors for business to gain larger market share are the establishment of management system, professional management and authorization, and functional specialization. 3.Talent acquisition, marketing channels internationalization, and investment diversification are the key success factors in the maturity period to sustain business operation and further development.
