摘要


摘 要 台灣傳統水泥製造產業隨著經濟快速發展,經濟模式也逐漸趨向自由化,產業需面對新的市場競爭型態,傳統水泥製造產業如何在經營領域內,如何針對核心資源採取策略變革重塑企業競爭優勢或是採行新的經營方法。透過個案A公司非相關多角化的歷程記錄,探討企業個案非相關多角化轉型策略成功或失敗的相關因素,經由個案分析比較歸納結果,作為傳統製造產業廠商,擬定非相關多角化轉型策略,亦即在探討企業在非相關多角化後對其經營影響。

Abstract As the fast growing in economic development, the Taiwanese traditional cement industry becomes more and more liberalized. Facing the change of market in traditional industries, these cement manufacturers should either reform their core competences or adopt the new ways to compete. By a case study of company A to understand its non-related diversification experiences, this study explores the relevant factors that contribute to the success (or failure) for its non-related diversification. Summarizing the results from the field study, this study provides valuable suggestions for traditional manufacturing industries as they try to develop unrelated diversification strategy. Besides, this study also explores the consequences of unrelated diversification of company A.
