多數的人在生涯的特定階段中都會進入職場工作,因此「勞動概念」為公民基本必備的知識。本研究旨在分析國中公民科教科書中「勞動概念」的內涵呈現狀況,及「勞動概念」與「能力指標」的對應情形。以N、H、K三個版本,七至九年級之國中公民科教科書為研究對象,採用內容分析法,經過分析探討,提出六項研究結論: 1. 國中公民科教科書之「勞動概念」著重「勞動群己」與「勞動趨勢」之層面項目,「勞動權利與義務」層面缺乏「退休與退休金」項目; 2. 國中公民科教科書之「勞動概念」呈現方式多元化,惟表格利用較少; 3. 「職業安全」與「勞工保險」所對應之「能力指標」有待商榷;部分之「能力指標」不能充分反映「勞動概念」; 4. 教科書中「能力指標」之使用新舊參差不齊; 5. 部分「教科書內容」未能充分達成「能力指標」; 6. 「僱傭起始與終止」、「工資、工時與休假」、「職業安全」、「勞工保險」以及「權利救濟」之縱貫聯繫狀況不佳,其餘項目聯繫程度良好。
For most people, entering the labor market is an inevitable part of life. Accordingly, “the concept of labor” is an essential knowledge for civilians. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of “the concept of labor” and “competence indicators” in Civics textbooks in junior high schools. Textbooks from Grad 7 to Grade 9, in N, H, K versions, have been chosen and analyzed. Content analysis is the used method to analyze these textbooks. After analyzing the contents in details, the conclusion can be summarized as follows: 1. In the aspect of “The concept of labor”, “Working relationship” and “Working tendency” are placed greater emphasis, but for “The rights and obligations of labor”, “retirement and labor pension” is neglected. 2. “The concept of labor” in Civics textbooks in junior high schools is shown in diverse ways, but the forms are less used. 3. The connection between “competence indicators” and “occupational safety” is open to question, the same with “labor insurance”. Some of “competence indicators” cannot explain “the concept of labor”. 4. The “competence indicators” used in the textbooks are mixed with old and new indicators. 5. Some contents of the textbooks cannot reach the meaning of “competence indicators”. 6. The connecting of “The start and the end of the employment”, “ wages, working hours, recess and holidays” , “occupational safety” , “labor insurance” and “right relief” are not good.
