利用繪本教學進行環境教育課程發展之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究一位國小教師,透過行動研究利用繪本進行環境教育課程發展之歷程。並依據情境分析、課程設計、課程實施與課程評鑑等四個課程發展階段,進行以訪談、觀察、文件分析等相關資料的蒐集、分析與歸納,探究二次循環之環境教育課程發展的歷程及成效。 本研究結論如下: 一、從情境分析中發現研究學校擁有永續生態資源、教師推動環境教育多年、學生單純活潑且樂於學習等優勢條件;缺乏有系統的課程發展機制、學生學習情形差異大、活動多影響正常教學,及學生不珍惜環境資源等劣勢條件待克服。 二、課程規劃以九年一貫課程之環境教育目標為主軸,以繪本為素材設計課程內容,延伸活動符合學生經驗。 三、課程之實施運用多元的教學策略,結合電腦媒體使課程生動有趣, 增加體驗操作的活動,促使學生落實維護環境的行動。 四、環境教育課程之評鑑回饋,顯示本研究規劃的課程可能有助於提高學生學習成效、教師教學成效及整體課程成效。 依據上述結論,分別對實施繪本環境教育課程之教師與未來研究提出建議。

The aim of this research is to investigate the process of an elementary school teacher who applied Action Research by utilizing picture books to develop the curriculum of environmental education. This research is based on the four development phases: situation analysis, curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. This study implemented methods of interviewing, observation, documentary analysis of related data collections and summarizing the related data in hopes of exploring the processes and effects of circular environmental education. The results of this research are as follows: 1. From studying the situation analysis, there are some advantageous conditions, such as sustainable school processes and ecological resources. The teachers have promoted environmental education for many years; and the students are enthusiastic and willing to learn. However, there are some inferior conditions to be overcome, such as the lack of a systematic curriculum development mechanism, different learning capabilities among students, activities affecting regular school curriculum, and students who do not cherish the environmental resources. 2. The nine-year integrated environmental education target is taken as the core objective of the curriculum planning. The picture books are used as material for designing the courses and the extended activities correspond to students’experiences. 3. The implementation of curriculum utilized multiple teaching strategies. It included computer-based media to make the courses more interesting. It intended to intensify activities to encourage students taking the course to act to protect the environment. 4. The evaluation feedback of the environmental education curriculum shows that the course of the research program can improve students learning effectiveness, teachers teaching effectiveness, and overall program effectiveness. Based on the above conclusions, the research recommends that teachers implement environmental education programs with picture books. This will aid in creating more data for further research on the subject.
