少子女化時代國民小學教師專業素質內涵之建構

摘要


本研究旨在探討少子女化時代國民小學教師專業素質的內涵,包括專業知識、專業能力及專業精神三大層面之實質內容。 本研究先由文獻探討歸納1990年代進入少子女化時代及社會變遷背景下之教師專業素質的相關研究結果,以建立「教師專業素質」內涵之基本架構。再採用質性研究取向,並以半結構式訪談八位國民小學校長、主任、教師,進行資料蒐集,以建構符應現階段國小教師專業素質之詳盡內容。 本研究的結論如下: 一、少子女化時代國民小學教師專業知識層面包括七大領域之學科專門知識、 教育專業知識包含班級經營和教學與課程設計、普通知識包括現有的七大議題與新興議題相關之內涵。 二、教師專業能力層面包含情緒管理、教學規劃與執行、終身學習、行動研究與科技運用、反省、觀察能力等六項教師個人層面的專業能力;及危機處理與應變、輔導與解決學生問題、溝通能力等三項教師人際層面的專業能力。 三、教師專業精神層面包括教育熱忱、因材施教、時時學習之意願、奉獻精神、責任感、依法行政等六項專業態度及維持專業關係、相互尊重、遵守團體規範等三項專業倫理。

This study aimed to explore the meaning of elementary school teachers' professional qualities, including the three substances of professional knowledge, professional competence and professional commitment. In order to construction teachers' professional qualities meanings, first by induction literature defined declining birthrate age is in the 1990s, and collect research about background of social change related teachers’ professional quality results. In order to explore the meaning of teachers' professional qualities, this study used semi-structured interview of qualitative research methods is conducted with eight participants. The conclusions of the study are summarized as followings: 1. The professional knowledge contain the importance of discipline expertise, pedagogical content knowledge and the content of general and emerging issues knowledge. 2. Individual Professional competence contain emotional management, teaching planning and execution, lifelong Learning, etc. Interpersonal professional competence contain crisis management and response capabilities, counseling and problem solving ability of students, communication skills etc. 3. The professional commitment contain teachers' professionalism such as education enthusiasm, individualized, willingness to always learning, etc. Professional ethics of teachers include maintain professional relationships, mutual respect and compliance with group norms.
