本研究以就讀社區大學的中高齡者(45-64歲)為對象,主要在探討:1.中高齡者的老化知識、對老人態度、前瞻因應與活躍老化學習需求之情形;2.不同背景變項中高齡者在老化知識、對老人態度、前瞻因應與活躍老化學習需求差異情形;3.老化知識、對老人態度、前瞻因應與活躍老化學習需求等變項間之關係,最後綜合研究結果,歸結社區大學的中高齡學習者在活躍老化之學習需求。。 為達上述研究目的,本研究採取問卷調查法進行研究。本研究以83所社區大學的中高齡學習者為研究對象,總計發送問卷1,725份,回收問卷1,113份(回收率65%),有效問卷658份(問卷有效率為59.1%),抽樣誤差為3.82。以描述性統計、變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法,加以分析與討論,同時回答本研究之待答問題。 根據研究發現,歸納結論如下: 一、中高齡者的老化知識屬中等程度,其中以教育程度高、中階專業(行政)人員、時常與高齡長者互動頻率高者表現較好。 二、中高齡者對老人屬正向態度,其中以女性顯著高於男性,與高齡長者互動頻率較多者其態度比其他互動頻率低者較正向。 三、中高齡者前瞻因應能力屬中等程度,以女性、50-64歲、教育程度高、中高階專業人員、與高齡長者互動頻率較多等組別表現較好。 四、中高齡者依序對於社會安全、個人健康以及社會參與等活躍老化主題有較高的學習需求。 五、老化知識與對老人態度變項之間彼此有關係。 六、前瞻因應與活躍老化學習需求變項之間彼此關係,且可有效預測學習需求。 本研究依據研究結果及結論,針對教育機構、中高齡者以及未來研究提出相關建議。
The purpose of the study is to discuss the relationship among knowledge about aging, attitude toward the elderly, proactive coping and learning needs of active aging of the middle-age and elder. To achieve the purpose, we analyze relevant literature as the basis of compilation questionnaire among knowledge about aging, attitude toward the elderly, proactive coping and learning needs of active aging. Questionnaire was the tool for date collection. Each of the 1,725 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 1,113 questionnaire were returned. Out of those, 59.1% was valid (658 out of 1,113). After the statistic analysis, conclusions were made from statistical results. The following are the summaries of the study: 1. The Middle-age and Elder were moderate degree of the knowledge about aging. 2. The Middle-age and Elder had positive of attitude the toward the elderly. 3. The Middle-age and Elder were moderate degree of the proactive coping. 4. The Middle-age and Elder were higher degree of the learning needs of active aging. 5. " Knowledge about aging " and " Attitude toward the elderly " were correlated. 6. " Proactive Coping " and " Learning Needs of Active Aging " were correlated. Based on the results of this study, several recommendations are made for practical application and future related research.
