本論文主要探討網路國際代購議題,以台灣目前經營代購最悠久的個案公司,及未來即將進入此產業的公司,做商業模式個案分析與比較,能清楚的了解代購商業模式運作環節,並作不同個案的特徵分類,分別以產品多樣型、產品特殊型、價差深度型、市場廣度型做結論探討,期望能使現在與未來有意願進入此事業的個人或企業,能全面性的了解經營網路代購所會面臨到的問題與風險;本論文將代購個案給予命名,並歸納出四大型態類型個案,可得知企業在不同的產品面向具有何種差異性,因而使企業具市場區隔,另建議企業應在這些利基市場上持續耕耘,未來面對競爭方能保有競爭優勢;在潛在未進入的競爭者上,可知經營網路代購本身需具特色的代購商品利基,在網路代購經營中才能具有競爭優勢。 關鍵字:電子商務、網路代購、商業模式、個案分析。
This paper focuses on the internet international surrogating issues, Taiwan currently operates the oldest cases surrogating company and in the future the company will enter to this industry, analyzing business models and comparison of cases. This paper can clearly understand the business model aspects of surrogating, and characteristics of different classification cases and making conclusion about diverse product type, product special type, depth-type spreads, market breadth type, presenting the future expectations to make this career willingness to enter personal or business, to a comprehensive understanding of the business network surrogating to face the problems and risks; this paper will give surrogating cases naming patterns and conclude four types of cases, companies can know what differences on parts of their products, thus making market segmentation, another recommendation that companies should continue to keep on these niche markets, in the future face of competition can only retain a competitive advantage; on potential competitors which did not enter, we can see the surrogating operation of the network itself is required to have a distinctive niche surrogating goods in internet surrogating operations in order to have a competitive advantage.
