摘要

本研究期望對陸軍官校畢業女性軍官其軍旅生涯做一深入探究及瞭解，透過質性研究的訪談，以詮釋現象學方法論詮釋這群視擔任領導職為使命的女性軍官，她們站在抉擇點上所做之決定，其背後的深層意義。
六位陸軍官校畢業，曾經或正在擔任領導職的女性軍官為本研究之受訪者。本研究對每位受訪者進行一至三次的深度訪談，每次訪談時間從六十分鐘到兩小時不等，共整理出十一份文本資料，並以主題分析法進行文本分析，建構出陸軍官校畢業女性軍官之軍旅生涯經驗。
本研究共整理出三大主題七個次主題。三大主題分別為：「不平凡的開始」、「這是我們的選擇」、「未來的天空」，並根據此三大主題呈現研究結果。最後綜合文獻與主題進行討論、分析與詮釋，並提出個人建議與省思，企望可以透過這幾位擔任過或正在擔任中層領導職務之學姊其軍旅生涯經驗的瞭解，能對陸軍官校畢業女性軍官能有所啟發。

The purpose of this thesis is to further understand female military officers who graduated from Republic of China Military Academy (ROCMA) in Taiwan. The in-depth interviews were used to collect data. Interviews text were analyzed through phenomenological approach to understand why these officers made certain decisions, even though they were determined to take leadership positions before.
Six Taiwan female officers who graduated from ROCMA and currently were taking or have being taken leadership position were interviewed. Each interviewee was interviewed one to three times, each interview took from 60 minutes to 2 hours. There were 11 texts developed and thematic analysis was used to analyze these texts. Through the analysis, experiences of female military officers who graduated from ROCMA were able to be revealed.
The research has 3 main themes and 7 sub-themes. The main themes are “extraordinary startup,” “we made the decision,” and “future perspective.” Conclusion consists of reflection on main themes and several suggestions. Other ROCMA female graduates would be able to be inspired through this research.
