近年來國內政經環境快速變遷,社會呈現多元而開放之局面,加上民主潮流之澎湃,政府傳統模式已無法面對這種情勢,民眾對政府施政高品質的要求日益殷切,公部門之各項行政工作人員所扮演的角色已不同以往。本研究旨在透過對於台中市地方議會工作人員的調查,了解地方議會工作人員工作價值觀與組織效能之關係,並以立意抽樣調查方式進行問卷調查,以「地方議會工作人員工作價值觀對組織效能關係之研究」問卷針對台中市地方議會工作人員進行研究,總計有效回收問卷為211份。經統計分析後,本研究所獲得的結論如下; 一、台中市地方議會工作人員工作價值觀與組織效能尚佳。 二、台中市地方議會工作人員工作價值觀與組織效能各層面呈現正相關。 三、台中市地方議會工作人員工作價值觀能提升組織效能感受度。
In recent years, the rapid changes in domestic political and economic environment, the emergence of a pluralistic and open society coupled with the surging tide of democracy, the government has been unable to follow the traditional model of governmence. The Role of the Administrative staffs is different from the past. This study aims at a Taichung's local council staff survey, to find out the relationship between the local council staff work values and organizational effectiveness by purposive sampling questionnaire survey. The study obtains a total of 211 valid questionnaires. After statistical analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows; First, Taichung City council staff work values and organizational effectiveness are comparatively good. Second, Taichung City council staff work values and organizational effectiveness at all levels are positively correlated. Third, Taichung City council staff work values can enhance organizational effectiveness.
