摘要：
中國崛起之下，亞太區域呈現出高度競爭與合作的態勢，2009年美國宣布「重返亞太」後，美中兩強在亞太地區的競爭日趨激烈，台灣在亞太地區安全中的位置也備受矚目。本文先用權力轉移理論分析美中兩強消長的態勢，從國際層次探討臺灣戰略位置的升降，接著再從國內政治的角度，闡釋臺灣各界對臺灣戰略地位的解讀。本文主張，美中對抗的升溫提高了臺灣的戰略地位，而臺灣各界雖有意識型態上的歧異，但肯定臺灣戰略地位的重要性，均符合各自的論述邏輯。

Abstract:
Under the rise of China, the Asia-Pacific region showing a highly competitive situation and cooperation, in 2009 the United States announced the "return to Asia", the United States two strong competition in the Asia-Pacific region is becoming increasingly fierce, Taiwan's position in the Asia Pacific region is also highly security attention. In this paper, first with the theoretical analysis of the transfer of power in the United States two strong growth and decline of the situation, discuss the lifting of Taiwan's strategic position from the international level, and then again from the perspective of domestic politics, Interpretative all circles in Taiwan on Taiwan's strategic position. The paper argues, raised against the United States have improved the strategic position of Taiwan, and Taiwan all walks of life, although divergent ideologies on, but certainly the importance of Taiwan's strategic position, are in line with the respective logic discourse.
