本研究以雲林縣十位樂齡學習中心經營者為研究對象,以非營利組織CORPS模式為基本運作程序,運用於樂齡中心經營管理。透過文獻探討與半結構訪談的方式進行收集資料,從經營者的觀點來分析資料,探討樂齡中心的永續經營。 本研究之目的為:一、瞭解雲林縣樂齡中心經營的情況。二、探究雲林縣樂齡中心經營的問題與因應歷程。三、歸納雲林縣樂齡中心永續經營的優勢與劣勢。以期能持續改善樂齡中心經營,提升質量,提供樂齡中心經營者參考。 根據結果分析與討論,本研究得到結論如下: 一、 雲林縣樂齡學習中心以照顧老人為使命,提供高齡者在地活躍老化服務為願景。 二、 雲林縣樂齡中心決策核心多元且良善,建立傳承制度影響樂齡中心經營之成敗。 三、 雲林縣樂齡中心適切規劃組織架構與人力資源,才能有效管理組織的運作。 四、 志工與專職人員的組織培訓與分工,影響雲林縣樂齡中心長期的走向與盛衰。 五、 雲林縣樂齡中心有效運用經費資源產生成果,是創造更多經費捐助來源之良方。 六、 雲林縣樂齡中心自主課程具有地方特色和實用性是課程延續開設的關鍵要素。 七、 雲林縣樂齡中心課程活動成果之創新行銷是推廣樂齡學習活動的樞紐。
The research objects of this study included10senior citizens’ learning center operators in Yunlin County.The CORPS non-profit organization model was applied as the basic operational process for managing senior citizens’ center operation.A literature review and semi-structured interviews were used for information collection, followed by analysis from the operators’ perspective to explore the sustainable operation of senior citizens’ centers. The objectives of this study were 1) To understand the operationstatus of senior citizens’ centers in Yunlin County. 2) To explore the centers’ operational issues and the course of response. 3) To summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the centers’ sustainable operations.It is hoped that the study can facilitate the continuous improvement of the operation of senior citizens’ centers and their quality andserve as a reference for senior citizens’ center operators. The following conclusions were derivedbased on result analyses and discussions: 1. The mission of senior citizens’ learning centers in Yunlin County is to care for the elderly, while their vision is to provide localized services for active aging for the elderly. 2. The centers’ decision core is diverse and good;the establishment of the succession system would affect the success of senior citizens’ center operation. 3. The centers need to plan their organizational frameworks and human resources appropriately to effectively manage the operation of their organizations. 4. The organizational training and division of work for volunteers and professionals would affect the centers’ long-term direction and prospects. 5. The effective utilization of funding and resources to generate results is a good method of creating more sources of funding donations for the centers. 6. The local features and practicality of the independent courses provided by the centersare the key factors contributing to the continuation of these courses. 7. The creative marketing of the course activityachievements inthe centers is pivotal in promoting learning activities for senior citizens.
