樂齡學習友善空間評估指標建構及案例分析之研究

摘要


本研究係樂齡學習友善空間經由國內外相關文獻之蒐集與整理,旨在探討「樂齡學習友善空間評估指標建構及案例分析之研究」,以提供樂教育主管機關、齡學習中心、建築空間規劃者之參考,為達到研究目的,本研究探討相關文獻後,採用專家訪談,經三回合之德懷術問卷為主要蒐集工具,經統計分析,專家學者取得一致性共識。 本研究目的下: ㄧ、蒐集專家學者對建構樂齡學習中心友善空間建立評估指標架構之共識。 二、建構樂齡學習中心友善空間可依循之評估指標合適程度。 三、應用樂齡學習友善空間評估指標進行案例分析、檢核。 四、提供樂齡學習中心之教育主管機關、管理者、空間規劃者,作為空間品質建構或改造之參考。 本研究為達成研究背景、動機與目的,採用文獻分析法、問卷調查法以8位專家學者,並進行三回合德懷術的統計分析,取得研究結果。依研究目的,研究結果如下: 本研究對樂齡學習中心友善空間評估指標建構及案例分析之研究目的之結果歸納結論如下: 一、專家學者對建構樂齡學習中心友善空間評估指標架構達成共識。 二、建構樂齡學習中心友善空間可依循之評估指標。 三、 應用樂齡學習中心友善空間評估指標可以進行案例分析、檢核。 四、評估指標可提供教育主管機關、樂齡中心、建築空間規劃者,作為空間改造之參考。 根據研究結論提出具體建議,分述如下 一、對教育主管機關 (一)建議教育主管機關編列經費,逐年改善樂齡學習中心友善環境。 (二)受補助單位進行友善環境之用後評估。 (三)建議主管機關組友善空間諮詢團,輔導樂齡中心改善空間改造。 二、對樂齡學習中心 (一)營造樂齡學習中心氛圍。 (二)提出空間改善之構想計劃書。 (三)永續發展之概念 (四)自主檢核表之應用 三、對建築空間規劃者。 (一)應以專業之角度,達成樂齡學習空間定性指標。 (二)樂齡學習中心設施與環境共生之通用化設計。 (三)突破傳統思維,從空間營造特色。

This study was to collect and organize domestic and foreign literatures regarding friendly environment for active aging learning. The main purpose of this study was to explore “creating evaluation indexes of friendly environments for active aging learning and a case study analysis,” and to provide valuable references for authorities of aging learning education, aging learning centers as well as architectural planners. To meet with the study purposes, a three-round questionnaire of Delphi technique was deployed as the main data collection. Interviews with the related experts were implemented in the study. Experts and scholars in this research reached a consensus by statistical analysis approach. The main purposes of this study are as below: 1. To collect a consensus about creating evaluation indexes of friendly environments for active aging learning among experts as well as scholars. 2. To set up “evaluation indexes of friendly environments for active aging learning” , which are apt to abide by. 3. To analyze and check a case by applying evaluation indexes of friendly environment for active aging learning centers. 4. To provide with spatial quality building or spatial transformations for the following institutions, including education authorities about friendly environment for active aging learning centers, administers of aging learning centers as well as architectural plannersResearch Method: To achieve research backgrounds, motivations, and purposes, this study was applied by documentary analyses and survey methods which were interviewed with eight experts as well as scholars. A three-round of Delphi technique was deployed as statistical analyses to achieve the results of the research. According to the research findings, the results of the research are as the following: This study summed up the research results about “creating evaluation indexes of friendly environment for active aging learning centers and a case study analysis” as the following: 1. Reaching a consensus for creating evaluation indexes of friendly environment for active aging learning centers by experts and scholars 2. Setting up and abide by evaluation indexes of friendly environments for active aging learning centers. 3. Applying evaluation indexes of friendly environment for active aging learning centers to be further analyzed and checked. 4. Providing the evaluation indexes for authorities of education, aging learning centers as well as architectural planners to refer as spatial transformations. According to conclusions of this study, specific suggestions were proposed as below: 1. To Authorities of Education: a. Budgetplanningwasadvised to education authorities to improve friendly environment of active aging learning centers. b. Subsidized organizationswere advised to implement friendly environments and furtherassessed. c. Education authorities were advised to set up aninquiry group forfriendly environmentsof active aging learnings, which provided further spatial transformations aboutactive aging learning centers. 2. To Active Aging Learning Centers: a. Atmosphere of active aging learningcenter was advised to set up. b. Planning of Spatial improvement for aging people was advised to propose. c. Conception of sustainable development was advised to propose. d. Independent inspection of application checklist. 3. To Architectural Planners: a. Professional visions were advised to reach qualitative indexes of active aging learning environments. b. Universal designs for active aging learning centers and environmentsymbiosis were advised to implement. c. Innovativespatial transformations and breaking through traditional formations were advised to create.
