公立高職教師提早退休原因與社會參與型態之研究-以雲林縣為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討教師提早退休原因與退休後社會參與型態。希望本研究的課題有助於本縣臨退教師或已退教師,在退休生活規劃,退休生活態度與適應情形及社會參與都能有參考的價值。 本論文以質性研究方式進行,最後將訪談內容按照研究問題分類,屬於相同的問題,就歸納在一起。研究者除了就訪談內容分析外,並檢核訪談資料的信實度,研究結果不做推論,本研究個別訪談的對象則是以公立高職提前退休十二位教師為主。 研究結果: 壹、教師自願退休原因:個人因素、家庭因素、退休制度因素、教學環境變遷因素。退休生活適應方面:正向而且充滿期待、平淡的生活。退休生活方面:生涯規劃的實踐與轉變、退休教師從休閒活動中獲得身心調適、退休教師均能放開胸襟面對生活、退休教師在生活中,珍惜老同事及老朋友的情誼、退休教師在生活調適中,希望過得有尊嚴。 建議事項: 對政府與學校的建議:辦理退休研習活動,協助即將退休之教師及早做好退休生涯規劃。成立退休教師學習網站,為退休教師提供各項學習資訊與服務。學校應關懷退休教師,提供退休教師精神的支持。協助學校退休人員聯誼會發揮功能,為退休人員舉辦各種學習課程及提供活動訊息。對即將退休教師的建議:做好退休前的心理準備及退休生涯規劃。培養興趣,可以豐富退休生活。注意身體健康,做好醫療萬全準備。對已退休教師的建議:承擔顧家責任與長照安頓雙親。充實規劃積極生活。奉獻自己參與社會服務。提升生活品質保持情緒穩定。養成休閒及追求健康的好習慣。妥善規劃退休生涯,建立生活目標。要注重養生,維護身體的健康。社交活動,拓展人際關係。主動關懷家人,營造和諧的家庭氣氛。做好財務管理保障退休生活。從事正當休閒活動,為生活帶來樂趣。對未來研究的建議:研究對象的選擇建議擴大不同背景、建議配合量的研究,使結果更接近實際情形。 關鍵詞:高職教師、退休制度、退休原因、社會參與型態

The main aim of this research is to probe into the reasons for teachers’ premature retirement and the pattern of their social participation. It is expected that the subject of the research will be of great value for reference to the teachers who are planning to retire or are already retired, not only in their life projects and attitudes after retirement but also in their adaptation and participation in society. This thesis is carried out based on qualitative research. In the end, the contents of various interviews will be categorized according to the subjects. The interviews one the same subject will be put together. The researcher will analyze the contents of the specific interview and check the credibility of the data of the interviews without inference of the result of the research. The interviewees are 12 retirees from public vocational high schools, who have applied for premature retirement. Results of the Research: I. Reasons for premature retirement a) individual factors b) family factors c) retirement system factors d) the change of teaching environment II. Life adaptation after retirement a) positive mindset and expectant attitude b) plain and simple lifestyle III. The contents of life project IV. The realization and transformation of life project V. Gaining adaptation in body and mind through leisure activities VI. Facing life with an open mind VII. Cherishing the friendship with former colleagues and old friends VIII. Hoping to live in dignity after retirement Suggestions: I. Suggestions to the government and the schools a) Holding seminars for retirement, assisting the teachers going iv to retire to prepare for their retirement as early as possible b) Establishing the learning website for the retired teachers to offer access to learning and services c) Care and concern from the schools for the retired teacher as their spiritual support d) Helping exercise the function of retirement societies to hold various kinds of learning programs and supply information of activities. II. Suggestions for Teachers going to Retire a) Making good preparation for retirement and planning good retirement life b) Cultivating interests and hobbies to enrich retirement life c) Paying attention to physical health and preparing the best medical care. III. Suggestions for the teachers already retired a) Shouldering the responsibility of taking care of families and elderly parents for the rest of their lives b) Living positively through careful planning c) Devoting oneself to participating social service d) Upgrading life quality and keeping calm emotionally e) Forming good habits of taking leisure activities and pursuing good health f) Planning life well after retirement and founding life goals g) Never ignore the importance of keeping healthy physically h) Participating in social activities to win more friendship i) Being concerned about families to create harmonious family atmosphere j) Managing money carefully to ensure a self-sufficient retirement life. k) Engaging in proper leisure activities to bring out joy from life IV.
