本研究目的在探討保險從業人員職場暴力經驗,分別就肢體暴力與心理暴力分析,並進一步分析職場暴力預防的可能措施。本研究針對保險從業人員進行問卷調查與訪談,就所得的資料進行各項相關統計分析,研究發現如下: 一、遭受職場暴力情況 (一)遭受心理暴力的情況較肢體暴力多。 (二)職場暴力發生地點因對象不同而有所差異。 二、職場暴力規定或程序 (一)不知道公司有無舉報職場暴力規定或程序之比例偏高。 (二)對利用舉報職場暴力的規定或程序的清楚程度偏低。 三、職場暴力受害者對事件的看法與反應 (一)多數心理暴力受害者不認為遭受心理暴力是很平常的事。 (二)職場暴力受害者事後反應消極。 四、職場暴力事件的事後調查與處理 (一)未調查職場暴力事件的比例相當高。 (二) 對職場暴力事件處理的滿意度偏低。 五、對職場暴力政策與措施看法 (一)員工不知道公司是否已制定職場暴力政策之比例偏高。 (二)多數公司已提供保全措施與改善周遭環境。 關鍵詞:職場暴力、肢體暴力、心理暴力
This study was aimed to explore the experience of the insurance practitioners workplace violence , physical violence respectively analysis and psychological violence , and further analysis of possible workplace violence prevention measures . The major findings of the study include the following: 1. Experience of workplace violence (1)Most of the victims suffered psychological violence more than physical violence. (2)Setting of violence in the workplace is different because of the different objects. 2. Rules or procedures in the workplace violence (1)Most employees do not know whether the company reporting workplace violence regulations or procedures. (2)A few employees will use the system reporting requirements or workplace violence regulations or procedures. 3. Perceptions of workplace violence (1)Most of the victims in psychological violence, they don't think that is a very common thing. (2)Most of the victims are not aware of their existence. 4. Prevention and response of workplace violence (1)Most employers will not take the initiative to investigate workplace violence. (2)Most of the victims are not satisfied with the way the process . 5. Several primary prevention strategies of workplace violence (1)Most employees do not know whether the company has developed of workplace violence policies.
