專利權價值影響因素之研究-以物聯網為例

The Study on Key Factors of Patent Valuation - A Case Study for Internet of Thing in Taiwan

摘要

本研究以從事專利技術研發、技術轉移、技術審查等專利技術相關領域人員為研究對象，探討影響專利權價值之關鍵因素，經由文獻彙總與專家意見表達，萃取出因素指標，本研究是採用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process Method，AHP)設計問卷，問卷對象是以「從事專利技術研發、技術轉移、技術審查等專利技術相關領域人員」為樣本。
研究結果顯示，受訪專利技術相關人員最重視的構面是「技術」構面、最重要的因素是「技術的創新領先」，建議企業(專利發明人)應該努力將技術提升，在技術上持續不斷的創新並保持領先，來提高競爭力。
本研究依權重排序，列出整體因素排行及排行前10名專利權價值評估關鍵因素，以提供專利發明人在申請專利時考慮的評估因素。
最後，將【創意專利化、專利商品化、商品價值化、價值極大化】專利價值化概念轉換成專利權價值評估概念流程，以分別對應專利權價值構面之技術構面(創意專利化)、市場構面(專利商品化)、法律構面(商品價值化及價值極大化)。

This paper studies, engaged in patent technology research and development, technology transfer, technical review and other patented technologies related to those skilled in the research object, the key factors affecting the value of patent rights, the expression through literature and expert opinion summarized, extracted factor index, this study is the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) designed questionnaire, objects are "engaged in patent technology research and development, technology transfer, technical review and other technology-related patents in the field personnel" as a sample.
The results showed that respondents patented technology related personnel most important facets is "technical" facet, the most important factor is the "technology innovation leader", the proposed business (patented invention) should strive to upgrade their technology, technically continuous innovation and stay ahead, to improve competitiveness.The paper study by weight sorting, and ranking the factors listed in the overall ranking before 10 patent valuation key factors to consider providing patent inventors in patent applications evaluation factors.
Finally, Professor Lin made the “Creative patents, patent commercialization, the value of goods, value maximizing the value of patent” concept of converting patent valuation concept of the process, in order to correspond to technical facets (Creative patented facets of the value of patent rights ), market facets (Patent commercialization), legal facets (the value of goods and value maximization).
