自我曼陀羅模型、接納與幸福感之研究

摘要

文獻探討中發現，人格會影響到個人幸福感；而接納也與人格及幸福感有所關聯。故本研究假設上述三者具正相關，並探討接納在人格影響幸福感中可能存在中介效果。本研究以311位大學生為研究對象，使用自我曼陀羅量表(測量人格)、接納量表，以及中國人幸福感量表做為測驗工具。另外由於家庭關係、人際關係、身心健康、經濟收入等因子可能會影響人格、接納及幸福感，因此本研究將這些因子列為控制變項。研究結果發現支持研究假設一、自我曼陀羅量表得分與中國人幸福感量表之得分有顯著正向相關；二、自我曼陀羅量表得分與接納量表之得分有顯著正向相關；三、接納量表之得分與中國人幸福感量表之得分有顯著正向相關；四、接納完全中介自我曼陀羅人格對幸福感的影響。最後本研究提出未來研究方向與諮商實務上的建議。

Previous studies indicate personality affect individual’s subjective well-being and acceptance also was associated with personality and subjective well-being. Therefore, it was assumed that there would have relationships among personality, acceptance and well-being and acceptance might mediate the relationship between personality and subjective well-being. Family relations, interpersonal relations, health and income that might affect personality, acceptance and happiness, so this study these as controlling variables in the later analysis. 311 undergraduate and graduate students participated in the study. They completed the Mandala Model of Self Scale (measuring personality), Acceptance Scale and Chinese People Happiness Scale. Results showed that:
1.There was a significantly positive relationship between Mandala Model of Self and well-being. 2.There was a significantly positive relationship between Mandala Model of Self and acceptance. 3.There was a significantly positive relationship between acceptance and well-being. 4.Acceptance mediated the relationship between Mandala Model of Self and well-being. The suggestions for the future research and counseling implication were provided.
