彰化縣立國民中小學教師品味信念及工作投入之相關研究

摘要


本研究探索了彰化縣立國中小學教師品味能力及教師工作投入之間的關係。研究者以107學年度彰化縣立國中2,520位教師及國小5,034位教師為研究對象,分層抽取678位有效的教師回覆問卷。資料分析方法包括:描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,及多元迴歸。茲說明研究結果如下:(一)彰化縣國中及小學教師在整體的品味信念表現屬中高程度,其中以「預期品味」層面表現最佳,依序為「追憶品味」層面、「當下品味」層面;在整體工作投入表現屬高度程度,其中以「奉獻」投入程度表現最佳,再來依序為「活力」投入程度、「專注」投入程度。(二)在不同任教學校行政區上,其教師的品味信念層面不同,以第二區(芬園鄉、彰化市、花壇鄉)學校教師具有較高的品味信念表現。(三)不同性別、任教階段、服務年資、擔任職務及任教學校行政區的國中小教師,其工作投入程度具有顯著差異,尤以女性教師專注表現高於男性教師、國小教師之工作奉獻高於國中教師、服務年資在26年(含)以上的教師有較高投入程度、兼任行政之教師及代理教師在活力表現上較高以及任教第四區的教師之投入程度均高於其他三區的教師。(四)教師品味信念與工作投入之間具低度相關性。(五)教師品味信念在某些層面上對工作投入程度是具有預測力,即預期品味與工作投入程度具正向預測,當下品味則與工作投入程度具反向預測。根據研究發現提出建議,以提供教育行政機構、學校行政主管、教師及後續研究參考。

This study explored the relationship between savoring belief and work engagement of school teachers in Changhua County. There were 2,520 junior high school teachers and 5,034 elementary school teachers in the 107th academic year. There were 691 teachers stratified sampled to participant in this study. Descriptive statistics, MANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze the data. The major findings were summarized as following: first, teachers’ overall savoring belief was medium to high obtained from inventory scores. Among them, the mean score ranks were as follows: "savoring through anticipation", "savoring through reminiscence" and "savoring the moment". For work engagement mean score, "dedication" was the highest, and then "vigor" and "absorption" repsctively. Secondly, teachers in the second district of Fenyuan Township, Changhua City, and Huatan Township obtained highest scores in savoring belief. Thirdly, junior and elementary teachers of different genders, teaching school level, service seniority, positions currently hold, and teaching districts were all contributed to teachers work engagement differneces. In particular, female teachers were more focus than male teachers, elementary school teachers scored higher than junior high school teachers in work dedication; teachers with more than 26 years of service showed highest work engagement comparing to their less senior colleagues; contract based full-time teachers and teachers who have administrative positions were more energetic than other teachers. Teachers in the fourth district are more engaged in the work than the teachers in the other three districts. Fourth, there is a low correlation between teacher savoring beliefs and work engagement. Finally, savoring through anticipation and work engagement were positively predicted; however, savoring of the contemporary moment was inversely predicted with the level of work engagement. The suggestions were provided to educational administrators, teachers, and future researchers.
