臉書的出現,影響傳統人際互動的模式。臺灣是使用臉書的大戶,國中生喜歡新奇事物,使得以往校園中面對面的人際關係,已延伸到社群網站上,學習也從傳統校園中,拓展到無邊際的網際網路,深深地影響了學生。本研究以國內學者對於臉書使用情形之研究為基礎、根據國內外學者在人際關係、學習動機、班級經營之研究發現,來探討臉書上的師生關係對於班級經營管理之影響。本研究採問卷調查法,以屏東縣立東港高中國中部的七、八、九年級的學生為研究對象,以「國中生使用臉書、人際關係與學習現況問卷」施測。研究結果發現:(1)使用臉書動機中的「分享表達情感」有助於「臉書師生關懷」、(2) 使用臉書動機中的「資訊娛樂需求」有助於「現實人際關係」和「臉書師生關懷」、(3)「臉書師生關懷」有助於學生學習的「內在動機」和「外在動機」、(4)「臉書師生關懷」有助於「班級經營氣氛」、(5) 「現實人際關係」有助於學生學習的「內在動機」和「外在動機」、(6)「現實人際關係」有助於「班級經營氣氛」。
Facebook is the most famous social networks in the world. It is popular with students of junior high schools in Taiwan. It also affects the interpersonal relation of students. When it comes to learning, students can do it not only at school but also on the Internet. In this research, we tried to know the impacts of teacher-student relationships in Facebook on classroom management according to the research of use of Facebook, interpersonal relationship, learning motives, and classroom management. We used questionnaire survey, and tested 7th, 8th, and 9th graders of Donggang High School in Pingtung, Taiwan. We found out: (1) motivation to use Facebook: showing and sharing feelings will do good to teacher-student relationships on Facebook; (2) motivation to use Facebook: needs of information and recreation will do good to realistic interpersonal relationships and teacher-student relationships on Facebook; (3) teacher-student relationships on Facebook will do good to students’ motivation to learn; (4) teacher-student relationships on Facebook will do good to classroom management; (5) realistic interpersonal relationships will do good to students’ motivation to learn; (6) realistic interpersonal relationships will do good to classroom management.
