以層級分析法探討影響雲端儲存系統之使用因素

A Study to Investigate the Factors Influencing the Usage Intention of the Cloud Storage System via the Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要

雲端運算服務因網路速度快速成展與普及，加上行動網路蓬勃發展之下，促使雲端服務成為重要趨勢。在過去網路速度較慢，造成使用者寧可將檔案儲存在隨身碟中；如今網路的提升，雲端儲存容量變大，能隨時存取資料，改變人們的儲存習慣，促使雲端儲存系統的發展，而本研究主要探討吸引使用者去使用該系統的使用主要因素。

本研究以資訊系統成功模式為基礎，藉由層級分析法探討雲端儲存系統的使用因素作為本研究所探討目標，並針對各類型的雲端儲存系統，進行專家與使用者滿意度分析調查，以便了解使用因素。

研究發現，影響使用者使用雲端儲存系統的主要因素，在主構面以「系統品質」最為重要，其次為「資訊品質」、「服務品質」；指標項目中則以「安全性」、「資料完整」、「檔案還原政策」、「易於使用」較為重要，而「遠端使用」、「協同分享」、「收費模式」是項目中佔較少的影響因素。

　　研究最後經由實際個案進行分析與探討，證實Dropbox優於Google Drive，原因在於資料完整呈現方式，將影響到使用者的使用意願；而協同分享部分，目前受使用者以備份為主要使用，較少使用此功能，如用企業角度觀看，企業內部需提升工作效率及成本控管，將省去寄送電子郵件及編輯時間，造成協同分享功能將是雲端儲存系統未來發展重要指標之一。本研究結果提供具體的建議，可提供使用者進行雲端儲存系統的選擇參考依據。

The cloud computing services have been rapidly grown and widespread. In the meantime, the mobile networks are quickly constructed which become an important trend. In the past, the network speed is slow caused the user rather use the handy drive than network storage. However, the capacity of cloud storage has greatly enhanced which change the habit of human being. Our study focuses on analyzing the factor of the user of applying this system.

　　The study used AHP method to analyze the cloud system as the target of our approach. In addition, a various of clouding storage systems are consider to use as customer satisfactory survey to understand his/her user factor.

　　 The study finds out that the major factor of using "system quality" is the most influenced factor. The information quality and service quality are the second factors. The indices of "security", "complete information, "file recovery policy", "easy to use" are the important factor. The "far-end user", " collaborative share ", "charging model" is a minor ignorable factor.

　　 Based on the study outcomes, the Dropbox is better than Google Drive. The reason is derived from the way of the data presentation. This presentation will influence the needs of user determination. The collaborative share is neglect by the reason on the majority of user is considering backup data. However, the enterprise consideration can raise up the work efficiency and improve cost control. It can reduce the time of delivery of email and editing. The collaborative share could be one of the important indicator of cloud storage in the future. The study can offer a solid suggestion which can provide the user to select the tool of cloud storage.
