紙漿成型產品之公仔製作方式探討與模具開

本研究探討改善紙漿藝品的製作材料與方法。使用回收報紙紙漿(Old Newspaper Pulp，ONP)，回收辦公室用紙紙漿(Old Officepaper Pulp，OOP)，回收瓦楞紙箱紙漿(Old Corrugated Container Pulp，OCCP)，以混合比40:30:30之紙漿為材料，添加乾強劑(聚丙烯醯胺樹脂，Polyacrylamide，PAM)及濕強劑(聚醯胺－環氧氯丙烷樹脂，Polyacrylamide，PAE)分別強化紙塑藝品於乾、濕潤狀態時之強度性質。繼以研發最適模具，開發紙漿塑品。首先以不同比例混合製造之手抄紙探討其性質，並以其最佳配比條件，測定其漿板性質，於漿板製程中添加PAM:PAE(90:10)的上膠劑，其中以10％的內部上膠及1％表面上膠之成形漿板，並進行熟化處理與老化試驗，作為紙漿藝品公仔漿料之應用性。為提升紙漿公仔產品品質前提下，以不同濃度之紙漿進行製作紙漿公仔，探討漿料濃度對模造的紙漿公仔影響，並加以改進提升技法與模具，不須以模具製作骨架後再以直塑技法捏塑外型，可直接以脫殼技法與模造技法加以應用塑造，設計開發創新型紙漿公仔，期提供此塑造技法於設計公司應用推廣。

This study was to improve the production of materials and methods of pulp art. The use of recycled newspaper pulp (Old Newspaper Pulp, ONP), recycled photocopy paper pulp (Old Office Paper Pulp, OOP), recycled corrugated pulp (Old Corrugated Paper Pulp, OCCP), with the mixing ratio of 40:30:30 of pulp material, add dry strength agents (poly acrylamide resins, Polyacrylamide; PAM), and wet strength agent (Polyamide - epichlorohydrin resin, Polyacrylamide; PAE). Paper art were strengthened in dry and wet strength properties , the development of the optimum mold to develop pulp plastic goods. First mixed in different proportions manufacture of handsheets explore its nature and its best ratio conditions, determined the nature of pulp, add PAM: PAE (90:10) on the sizing agent in pulp manufacturing process , of which 10 % of the amount of internal and external 1% of the amount of pulp preparation, and curing treatment and aging tests, as a pulp slurry of art doll applicability. To enhance product quality under the premise of pulp dolls, with different concentrations of the pulp for production of pulp dolls, doll investigate the impact of pulp slurry containing the rate of molding and mold to be improved to enhance the techniques and shall not in mold making plastic skeleton and then straight techniques shape dough, shelling techniques can be directly applied to shape and mold making techniques, design and development of innovative pulp dolls, provide this shaping technique of application and popularization of the design company.
