摘要

隨著國民所得提高與生活品質的改善，因此國人對於遊憩需求亦不斷提高，近年來國內旅遊人次也逐年增加，政府部門與各地方，也積極發展觀光休閒事業，生態旅遊活動可以滿足現代人繁忙生活的需求，企圖創造更高的經濟效益與就業機會，本研究主要評估2015年11月至2015年12月間，茂林國家風景區辦理之「2015-2016台灣茂林紫蝶幽谷雙年賞蝶季節慶活動」，在活動辦理期間，應用遊客總花費法，評估茂林國家風景區雙年賞蝶季為2015年11月7日至2016年3月27日，共142日，平日為100日，假日為42日，平均每人花費1,507元，代入遊客量平日1,669人、假日為3,952人：可算得遊憩效益，單日(14小時)遊憩效益平日為2,515,373元，假日為5,955,617元；雙年賞蝶季期間(142日)遊憩總效益，為501,673,276元。

For the sake to increase capita income and improve quality of life, therefore the demand of people for recreation also rising domestic tourism trips year by year in recent years. Government of departments and the locals but also actively have developed tourism and leisure business attempted to create higher economic returns and employment opportunities. Ecotourism or wildlife viewing can meet the modern people demand for exploring the nature. This study we evaluated the recreational benefits of Purple Butterfly Valley-Two Year Butterfly Viewing Event in Maolin National Scenic Area during November to December in 2015. Applied the Total Expenditure Method to assess capita spend of tourists during the festival event on November 7, 2015 to March 27, 2016. The results shown the capita spend of tourists was 1,507 N.T. dollars. The estimated amount of tourists on every weekday was 1,669 people and every holiday was 3,952 people. Because there are a total of 142 days, 100 days are weekdays holidays are 42. Thus, we calculated the recreational benefits of this festival event were 2,515,373 N.T. dollars on every weekday and 5,955,617 N.T. dollars on every holiday. Finally, the recreational benefits of Purple Butterfly Valley-Two Year Butterfly Viewing Event in Maolin National Scenic Area total (142 days) were 501,673,276 N.T. dollars.
