因少子化的影響,家長更加注重孩子的學習品質,使得兒童產業蓬勃發展,而許多大專院校幼保相關科系紛紛開設兒童產業相關課程,或與政府一同執行兒童產業師資培訓計畫,培養優質與專業的兒童產業師資。 本研究應用平衡計分卡理念與架構,建構一套「兒童產業師資培訓計畫評鑑指標」,以提供兒童產業相關師資培訓計畫之評鑑參考。透過平衡計分卡架構與文獻分析建構評鑑指標之構面、向度與細項指標。再與八位專家討論與意見修改,接著進入模糊德懷術專家問卷,利用模糊德懷術(Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM) ,進行專家一致性分析,取得專家學者之共識,建構出兒童產業師資培訓計畫評鑑指標,共五大構面、十五項向度及四十四項細項指標,其研究結果敘述如下: 一、 願景構面包含:塑造計畫願景、願景的認同等二項向度,與四項細項指標。 二、 顧客構面包含:學員滿意度、授課講師滿意度、實習機構與職場單位滿意度等三項向度,與八項細項指標。 三、 學習與成長構面包含:創新表現、專業知能成長、職涯發展等三項向度,與十項細項指標。 四、 運作程序構面包含:計畫執行程序、溝通與互動、設備管理、課程設計等四項向度,與十三項細項指標。 五、 財務構面包含:經費編列、資源運用效率、經費制度等三項向度,與九項細項指標。 最後根據研究結果,研究者提出建構兒童產業師資培訓計畫評鑑指標,與對後續研究等兩方面建議,以提供後續研究者做參考。
When social structure showed the tendency of baby bust, the development of children was more important than before, and parents were focusing on the educational quality of children in Taiwan. That was the reason why the child industries would more flourish. So the department of child care would begin to deliver the child industrial teachers' training programs. The main purpose of this research was to construct the evaluation indicators for the child industrial teachers' training programs based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The study constructed the evaluation indicators of child industrial teachers' training program through the architecture of BSC and literature analysis. Fuzzy Delphi technique and interview were used as the primary procedures to conduct the survey. The child industrial teachers' training programs included five perspective, fifteen dimensions and forty four indicators in details. The conclusions were as follows: 1. From vision perspective: shaping the plan vision, identification with vision, two dimensions and four indicators in details. 2. From customer perspective: student satisfaction, teacher satisfaction, internship institutions and workplace unit satisfaction, three dimensions and eight indicators in details. 3. From learning and growing perspective: innovation performance, professional skill of growth, career development, three dimensions and ten indicators in details. 4. From operational procedures perspective: program execution, communication and interaction, device management, course design, four dimensions and thirteen indicators in details. 5. From financial perspective: funding provision, efficient use of resources, funding system, three dimensions and nine indicators in details. Finally, according to the findings, the researchers proposed the recommendations for construction of children's industrial teacher training program evaluation. Directions for further researches were also provided.
