農業生技為近年全球關注且致力發展的新興領域,而生物農藥為其中應用領域之一,未來發展前景看好。本研究運用專利分析方法,對生物農藥領域進行專利資訊蒐集、整理與分析,以探討台灣生物農藥市場之技術發展趨勢,藉由與國外競爭者技術發展方向做比較,期能為台灣未來生物農藥技術發展方向提供建議。 本研究蒐集中華民國經濟部智慧財產局專利資料庫中,獲得台灣1995-2015年110件核准和共154件公開之有效專利資料。將專利經由管理面和技術面分析,得知國內專利申請人皆為政府單位及大專校院,而國外申請人則皆為公司。國內發明人傾向製程技術的開發,對於菌種應用和代謝物質成分的理解較不如國外申請人。在技術面國內偏重製造方法的專利申請(36%),其次為新農藥取得(31%)。相較國外則較集中在新農藥取得(51%) 和農藥自體改良(32%)。
Agricultural biotechnology is a global concern in recent years. The bio-pesticide applications is one in which the good prospects. In this study, the use of patented analysis method. Field of biological pesticides patent information collection, collation and analysis, to explore the technology trends of biological pesticides market in Taiwan, and foreign competitors by comparison technology development, to provide recommendations for the future of bio-pesticide technology development in Taiwan. This study collected Intellectual Property Office (MOEA) patent database, the Taiwan 1995- 2015 110 approved and 154 discloses patent data. The patent via the management and technical analysis, that domestic patent applicants are all government agencies and college school, but foreign applicants are all companies. Domestic inventors tendency to develop process technology, but application for bacteria and metabolites constituents understand relatively inferior foreign applicants. In the technical analysis, method of manufacturing a technical emphasis on domestic patent applications (36%), compared foreign countries are more concentrated in the new pesticide achieved (51%) and pesticides self improvement (32%).
