根據隨機過程理論建構複合式最適檢驗計畫之研究

摘要


傳統的檢驗方式為全數檢驗或部分抽樣檢驗,使得品質達到一定之水準,而其檢驗過程未考量成本與實務上之彈性,因此本研究利用隨機過程理論,在初期採取逐次全數檢驗,後期再改為部分抽樣檢驗。結合全數檢驗與部分抽樣檢驗計畫之優點,建構一複合型檢驗計畫模型並由製造商觀點探討產品在檢驗過程中,其最適複合型檢驗計畫,使製造商總期望利潤最大化。

To improve the quality of product, traditional inspection method is 100% inspection or sampling inspection. But the process of inspection has to consider the cost and elastic. This study used stochastic processes theory as a base to propose a new sampling scheme model. The first stage of the inspection scheme is 100% inspection and the second stage is sampling inspection. This new composite inspection method can combine the advantage of 100% inspection and sampling inspection. Experimental result showed that this sampling scheme model can propose an optimal sampling scheme and maximization the total profit.
