Taiwan located at subtropics, heat and rain make dengue fever spreads in this areas. In 2014 and 2015, the dengue fever is the main epidemic in Kaohsiung. Especially, the epidemic in several districts around the urban area was much serious than the others. This research uses the Image Reconstruction Technique to establish a model regarding to the spreading network of dengue fevers, Through the model, we define and calculate the infection rate of each location and then expect to find out some important locations in Kaohsiung which cause the dengue fever spread out quickly. Through studying the environments of those important locations, one may provide a better method to prevent the spread of dengue fever than spraying insecticide. The insecticide destroys our ecology because it kills more than the vector-borne, mosquitos.
