台灣南部地區廢輪胎處理業勞工對室內作業環境空氣品質滿意度分析

摘要 學號:N10331021 論文題目:台灣南部地區廢輪胎處理業勞工對室內作業環境空氣品質滿意度分析 總頁數:98 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學     系(所)別:環境工程與科學系 畢業年月:2016年7月 學位別:碩士學位 研究生:魏子皓 指導教授:謝連德 教授 論文摘要內容: 隨日新月異的科技進步,國人開始重要環境保護及空氣污染議題,在政府提倡資源、能源永續利用下其廢輪胎處理業即為資源永續產業之一,尤其以南部地區為廢輪胎回收處理廠集中之地,於廢輪胎處理過程中造成之空氣污染,在政府推動改善空氣品質管制之下,處理廠受限於空氣品質標準及廢清法之規範,藉以將污染物有效回收,進而達到減少空氣污染物之逸散及資源永續發展。 本研究旨在探討於台灣南部地區廢輪胎處理業勞工對室內作業環境之空氣品質需求差異情形,並藉由對廢輪胎處理業勞工問卷調查蒐集資料,研究不同背景之勞工對廢輪胎處理廠空氣品質之滿意度及未來建議之需求情形。本研究以台灣南部地區廢輪胎處理廠之勞工做為受訪對象,以隨機抽樣進行調查,回收之有效問卷共計93份。問卷回收後,以敘述性統計、獨立樣本T考驗、卡方檢定考驗、單因子變異數及交叉分析等統計方法進行分析。 研究結果顯示:有96.8%的勞工認為廢輪胎處理廠有粉塵逸散的問題,並且認為廢輪胎破碎區粉塵逸散問題最為嚴重,其中每日工作8小時以上的勞工較其他者認為集塵設備效率不佳,並認為活性碳口罩無法有效避免吸入粉塵;粉塵逸散問題已造成勞工健康上的影響,最常見的症狀為咳嗽;勞工對目前作業環境滿意度偏向不滿意,其中8成以上的勞工曾尋求管道想解決粉塵逸散的問題,多數勞工認為應加強集塵設備效能來減輕粉塵逸散的問題,上述結果皆能實際反映台灣南部地區廢輪胎處理業勞工對室內作業環境空氣品質滿意度現況,說明廢輪胎處理業作業中造成粉塵逸散的問題應該被更嚴謹的管制與改善。 關鍵字:廢輪胎、粉塵、滿意度、空氣品質

Under the government’s promotion of sustainable use of resources and energy, the waste tire processing industry has become one of the sustainable resources industries. In Taiwan, waste tire processing plants are mainly located in the southern area. As processing of waste tire causes air pollution, waste tire processing plants are required to comply with air quality standards and regulations of the Waste Disposal Act while recycling pollution-causing substances, so as to reduce emission of air pollutants and achieve sustainable development ofresources. The purpose of this study was to investigate perceptions of air quality among waste tire processing workers in southern Taiwan. Though a questionnaire survey, this study also compared workers' satisfaction and needs for workplace air quality across different background variables. The subjects were workers of waste tire processing plants in southern Taiwan. The questionnaire was administered by random sampling. 93 valid responses were obtained. The responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, and cross analysis. Results showed that 96.8% of the surveyed workers identified the dust emission problem in their waste tire processing plants and mentioned that the problem was worst at the waste tire shredding area. Among them, workers who worked more than 8 hours a day agreed more than others that dust collecting facilities are inefficient and activated carbon face masks are unable to effectively avoid dust inhalation. The dust emission problem poses a serious threat to the health of workers, and coughing is the most common symptom caused by the problem. Most workers were unsatisfied with their current work environment, and more than 80% of them had attempted to seek solutions to the dust emission problem. Most workers considered it necessary to improve the performance of dust collecting facilities to alleviate the dust emission problem. The above results reflect the satisfaction with workplace air quality among workers of waste tire processing plants in southern Taiwan and also highlight that the dust emission problem caused during waste tire processing should be more strictly controlled and improved.
