政府每年投入大量資源開辦各種職訓課程,希望透過多元的人力資源訓練管道,提升國人就業力,本研究欲針對高屏地區之原住民職訓學員進行研究,試圖探討生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙因素與職業訓練成效之關聯。本研究以高屏地區原住民之職訓學員為主要問卷施測對象,涵蓋 「飾品創作班」、「服裝修改創意班」、「咖啡調製班」等等。 有效樣本共125份,研究結果發現如下: 一、生涯自我效能之「自我了解 」構面與「訓練成效」呈顯著正向關係。 二、生涯自我效能之「目標選擇」構面對「訓練成效」呈顯著正向關係。 三、 生涯自我效能之「總體構面」與「訓練成效」呈顯著正向關係。 四、生涯阻礙因素與「訓練成效」無顯著關係。
Taiwan government annually invests a lot of resources to offer the people various vocational training courses, hoping to improve the employability through diverse human resources training programs. Based on 125 valid samples of the aboriginal students of Kaohsiung-Pingtung area, the results found: 1. Career self-efficacy of the “self-understanding” facets and training effect was a significant positive relationship. 2. Career self-efficacy of the “target selection” facets and “training effect” was a significant positive relationship. 3. Career self-efficacy and the effectiveness of training showed significant positive relationship. 4. Career barrier factors and the effectiveness of training showed no significant relationship.
