一般家庭室內空氣污染源擴散排放之模擬

Generally Simulation of the Family Indoor Air Source of Pollution Proliferation Emissions

摘要


隨著時代與科技的進步,人們對於生活品質的要求日益提高,因此一般人對於家庭居住室內空氣品質(Indoor Air Quality)也逐漸重視,然而,近年來能源短缺,節約能源漸漸被世界各國所採納。 台灣地區人民生活環境受經濟不景氣影響,原本外食的人口逐漸改變生活型態,因此一般住家廚房使用率較先前高出許多,東方人主要以煎、煮、炒、炸為主要烹煮方式,因烹煮方式容易產生高溫及大量有害身體與環境之油煙,一般家庭廚房又為半密閉通風不良之空間,空氣品質之惡劣可想而知,因此針對室內污染源模擬與改善為刻不容緩之課題。 本研究採用CFD軟體動態模擬空氣與一氧化碳於室內空間流動與污染物累積情形。初步結果顯示,空氣與一氧化碳受到氣流影響主要累積於流理台到窗口高度,正好於一般烹調者所站立之位置,對於烹調者帶來極大健康上之威脅;空氣氣流先從室內後方到通風口上方再到通風口下方與上方屋頂,;一氧化碳明顯滯留累積於廚房上方空間,且室內流動情形為渦流狀,累積位置主要從室內上方屋頂開始,而後向廚房中段空間累積,最後向廚房下段空間移動,最後,使廚房整個空間瀰漫一氧化碳

By the progress in technology with the modern era, people have more and more request in the quality of daily living. So people nowadays take more and more attention on indoor air quality in everyone’s family which is resided by everyone. But, there is some power shortage in these years, “how to save the power” is the major issue which is gradually accepted by every nation in the world. People who live in Taiwan nowadays are influenced by economic crisis, the out-eating population gradually change the style of daily living. So there is much more using rate in the family kitchen than ever. The oriental people mainly cooked by frying, cooking and so on. Because of the methods of frying and cooking easily generate a large amount of the high temperature oily fuming gas which is hazardous to our health. Most of the kitchen in the general family is half-closed space, everyone can image how inferior the air quality is. So it is a serious matter to study the simulation and improvement of the indoor polluted air source. In the study, we adopt CFD software to make a motive simulation about the situation of the currency and accumulation of the carbon monoxide gas in the indoor family. The initial results show that the accumulative height to the top window of the air and carbon monoxide gas are mainly influenced by the currency. The height is equal to a cook’s head. So the situation is very hazardous for a cook. The air currency is from the backside of the indoor toward the upside of the exit, then toward the downside of the exit and the upside of the roof. The carbon monoxide gas clearly accumulated on the top of the kitchen, and the indoor currency is in turbulent situation. The location of the gas accumulation begins from the upper section of the indoor roof, then toward the middle section of the kitchen, then toward the lower section of the kitchen, finally, the whole kitchen is full of the carbon monoxide gas.
