淨水廠廢污減量之初步研究

A preliminary study on the reduction of drinking water treatment sludge.

摘要


台灣因地理環境特性限制,導致天然水源開發不易,且近年來天災頻傳,造成南部地區原本穩定與清澈乾淨之水源變為渾濁不堪,而濁度是淨水場廢污處理主要的影響因子,故研究內容為彙整99年淨水場的原水水量及水質資料,藉此了解原水特性及分佈趨勢,配合淨水場各單元操作結果,提出改善操作之建議,來討論廢污處理減量的可行性。 從結果顯示,高屏溪攔河堰河川水水質濁度的變化極為明顯,依據高濁度設定標準( >500 NTU),在5~10月間出現高濁度的比例高達90.2%,而會結浮流水及地下水的濁度相對穩定,但是TDS跟硬度會有超出本廠合約的進流原水水質上限值(TDS<500 mg/L,硬度<300 mg/L)的問題,因此本廠採用原水混配的方式,藉此穩定原水水質,降低各處理單元操作負荷;依現場淨水場操作模式,經由長時間的操控調整,淨水場各處理單元所產生的廢污量相當穩定,但為配合廢污零放策略,且考量高速膠凝沉澱池與其它廢污處理單元的負荷量,在原水高濁度期間調整原水水量混配的比例,將可有效降低廢污排放量約7,550 CMH,也能減少高濁度對淨水操作的影響程度,並達到從源頭做到廢污減量的目的。

Results show that changes of the Kaoping weir river water quality turbidity is extremely obvious to set standards based on high turbidity (> 500 NTU), high turbidity as high as 90.2 percent in October, and Will-bear the floating water and groundwater of turbidity is relatively stable, but problems of TDS and hardness will be beyond the upper limit of the factory contract into the flow of raw water quality (TDS <500 mg / L, hardness <300 mg / L) , so the factory uses Mixture of raw water to stabilize the raw water quality and reduce the working load of each processing unit ; through a long period of manipulation adjustment mode of operation in accordance with field water purification plants, water purification processing units produced by the waste pollution is fairly stable, but strategy with the zero of waste sewage, and load of consider the high-speed gel sedimentation tanks and other waste sewage treatment unit, during the high turbidity of raw water to adjust the proportion of water mixed raw water, it will be able to effectively reduce waste pollution emissions by around 7,550 CMH , and also reduce the impact of the high turbidity of water purification operations and reach to achieve the purpose of waste pollution reduction from the source.
