本研究旨在探究屏東市國中教師落實十二年國教「適性輔導」專業成長需求的內涵與建議。採研究者自編「國中教師落實十二年國教『適性輔導』專業成長需求之調查問卷」為研究工具,以屏東市國中教師為研究對象。發放問卷345份,有效問卷336份,有效回收率94.2%。以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費檢定、內容分析法進行資料處理。研究結果如下: 一、國中教師對於落實十二年國教「適性輔導」專業成長的整體需求屬於中高程度,各層面平均數高低排序為「輔導資源」層面、「進路選擇」層面、「輔導知能」層面、「生涯覺知」層面。 二、國中教師對於落實十二年國教「適性輔導」專業成長需求會因「生涯議題關心的程度」而有所差異。「在校職務」為「主任或組長」者在「輔導知能」分層面的需求高於「專任教師」。 三、國中教師對於落實十二年國教「適性輔導」的整體建議為: (一)編製生涯發展議題融入課程的教學手冊,提供教師參酌。 (二)確實做到增進學生瞭解職校各科系的職業試探。 (三)提升生涯測評工具的公信度與應用。
This study aimed to investigate the connotation of professional development needs and suggestion for participation in adaptive counseling of 12-Year Basic Education Policy of the junior high school teachers, and to better understand the differences of the needs in their various backgrounds. The questionnaire was adopted as the survey method in this study. 345 teachers were randomly selected from the public junior high schools in Pintung City. 336 of them were valid and the valid rate is 94.2%. The data collected in this study was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test and content analysis. The result were as the followings: 1. The junior high school teachers in Pintung city had a middle-high level of professional development needs in adaptive counseling of 12-Year Basic Education Policy, and the order of aspects they need was counseling resources, route choice, career awareness & counseling knowledge. 2.The professional development needs in adaptive counseling will make significant differences with their career concern. Served as director or group leader of the school those who in counseling knowledge of the level of needs was higher than the subject teachers. 3. The suggestions for participation in adaptive counseling of 12-Year Basic Education Policy of the junior high school teachers were: (A) Providing teachers curriculum teaching manuals of career issues. (B) Enhancing students' understanding on each department of vocational schools by career exploration. (C)Upgrading the Credibility and applications of Psychological assessment.
