調查石化工業區周界養殖漁塭之類戴奧辛化合物

Investigation of the Dioxin-like Compounds in Farm-raised Fish around the Petroleum Industrial Park

摘要


研究探討濕季至乾季(6至12月間)石化工業區鄰近地區養殖漁塭內魚體及底泥類戴奧辛濃度,並藉由生物累積因子(BSAF)了解鄰近地區生物累積作用。本研究之採樣地點以距離石化工業區半徑5 km、12 km及正南方22 km處,分類成內圈、外圈及偏遠地區。由結果顯示,於濕季時各地區魚體及底泥測得PCDD/Fs及PCBs平均濃度分別介於62.71至8843.52 pg/g (d.w.)間及16.30至229.20 pg/g (d.w.)間,轉換季節時各地區魚體及底泥測得PCDD/Fs及PCBs平均濃度分別介於38.24至143.28 pg/g (d.w.)間及52.83至260.59 pg/g (d.w.)間,乾季時各地區魚體及底泥測得PCDD/Fs及PCBs平均濃度分別介於24.68至131.90 pg/g (d.w.)間及12.37至154.71 pg/g (d.w.)間。由BSAF分析結果顯示,三季各地區總PCDD/Fs及PCBs之BSAF皆大於1,並可發現隨濕季至乾季時PCDD/Fs之BSAF逐漸降低,而PCBs以轉換季節時BSAF為最高,除內圈地區外,其餘地區PCBs之BSAF則以乾季高於濕季。整體而言,由BSAF分析結果顯示,各地區養殖漁塭內有明顯生物累積作用,並以濕季時生物累積作用較為顯著。

This study is to investigate about the Dioxin-like compounds concentration of farm-risedfisharound of petrochemicalindustrial areaduring wet season to dry season (from June to December), and expectto learn about thepetrochemical industrial arealocated inthe perimeter offarmedfishpondsof bioaccumulation from bio-sediment accumulation factor (BSAF). In this study, the classified region codes is according to the sampling locations within a radius of the petrochemical industrial zone from 5 km, 12 km and 22 kmrespectively, and classified to inside circle area, outside circle area and far area.From thesurveyed results showthat the average concentration’s range of PCDD/Fs is between 62.71 and 8843.52 pg/g (d.w.), PCBs is between 16.30 and 229.20pg/g (d.w.), in the wet season of all regions of fish and sediment. And the average concentration’s range of PCDD/Fs and PCBs are between 38.24 and143.28 pg/g (d.w.), 52.83 and 260.59 pg/g (d.w.) respectively in the transform season. As in the dry season, PCDD/Fs and PCBs’s average concentrations range are between 24.68 and131.90 pg/g (d.w.), 12.37 and 154.71pg/g (d.w.) respectively. From the BSAF surveyed results show, in three seasons of all regions measured BSAF are is larger than 1 , and the BSAF of PCDD/Fs will be reduced with the seasons change, but in transform season, the BSAF of PCBs is the highest than the other seasons.The BSAF ofPCBs at other areas, expect inside circle area, the dry season is more higherthan the wet season. Furthermore, the surveyed results indicated thatthe farm-risedfish had happened the bioaccumulation on all regions.Among them of bioaccumulation, the most obvious is in the wet season.
