台語飲食插畫與Zine編輯創作研究

文字是語言的載體，是紀錄、傳播、保留語言及人類文化的工具、是族群文化的根基，反映出了族群的歷史脈絡及生活方式。而權力結構的改變以及體制造成的文化壟斷，導致語言無法與時並進，進而影響了身分認同上的焦慮。食衣住行乃生活之必需，然而「食」是生命基本的生理需求，也是形塑人類文化相當重要的環節，本創作透過歷史文獻的資料蒐集與整合得出13項符合本創作主題的台灣傳統食物，並透過第三章的插畫風格與Zine的設計編排形式所得到的案例分析結果，推導出創作方向及要點。透過台語對食物的命名、料理及食材的背景所反映出的社會狀況及民俗歷史等，結合台語的白話字書寫系統、複合媒材插畫、隨插圖附註，掃描即可聽取的口說音檔與Zine的高度自由表現形式，以食物本身與食物的歷史淵源來喚起人們對於自身語言的記憶及情感，並同步認識屬於這塊土地的過去，盼能藉此找回自身族群的記憶，將語言的生命得以延續。

Writing is the carrier of language,it’s a tool for recording, disseminating, and retaining language and human culture, and the foundation of ethnic culture, reflecting the historical context and lifestyle of ethnic groups. The changes in the power structure and the cultural monopoly caused by the system have made language unable to keep pace with the times, which in turn affected the anxiety about identity. Food, clothing, housing and transportation are essential to life. However, "food" is the basic physiological requirement of life, and it is also a very important part of shaping human culture. Through the collection and integration of historical documents, 13 Taiwanese items that fit the theme of this creation are obtained. Traditional food, and through the case analysis results obtained from the illustration style of Chapter 3 and Zine's design layout, the creative direction and main points are derived. Through the naming of food in Taiwanese, the social conditions and folklore history reflected by the background of the cuisine and ingredients, combined with the written Taiwanese writing system POJ (Pe̍h-ōe-jī), composite media illustrations, and annotations with illustrations, scanning the QRcode can be heard the voice of video and the highly free form of expression of files and Zine uses the historical origins of food itself and food to evoke people’s memories and emotions of their own language, and synchronize their understanding of the past that belongs to this land, hoping to retrieve the memories of their own ethnic group, continue the life of language.
