摘要

為了因應社會快速的變遷，建置新的科技資訊設備及系統其目的往往是為了提升效率，對於系統操作滿意度的研析是重要的。本研究主要是探討各公務機關使用「政府電子採購網共同供應契約系統」，以科技接受滿意度為觀點，其中所提之「資訊」及「系統」之品質是該系統之主軸，加以探討研析影響操作者的認知及認識。本研究採用深度訪談為主，研究範圍以海巡機關採購人員作為研究對象，根據上述原則採取受訪者可以提供「實務面」和「深度經驗值」者為主，進而就6人受訪，期藉由此程序瞭解到使用政府電子採購網共同供應契約系統之滿意度。研究結果發現受訪海巡機關採購人員平均年齡36歲，從事採購業務至少2年，且均具有專業採購人員證書，婚姻都為已婚。根據6位受訪者訪談結果發現資訊系統品質之「系統品質」及「服務品質」認知程度越高，對於「政府電子採購系統滿意度」越高，服務滿意度直接影響行為意向。

In order to cope with the rapid changes in society, the purpose of constructing new technology information equipment and systems is often to improve efficiency, and it is important to study and analyze system operation satisfaction. This research is mainly to explore the use of the "Government Electronic Procurement Network Co-supply Contract System" by various public agencies, from the viewpoint of technological acceptance satisfaction. The quality of the "information" and "system" mentioned is the main axis of the system. Analyze the beliefs that affect the operator’s cognition and understanding. This research mainly uses in-depth interviews. The research scope is based on the procurement personnel of the marine patrol agency as the research target. In order to complete the research purpose as soon as possible, the research interval and scope are considered as the personnel who undertake the procurement business of the marine patrol agency. The researcher adopts the interviewees according to the above principles Those who can provide "practical aspects" and "in-depth experience value" are the main ones, and then 6 people are interviewed. Through this procedure, we can learn about the satisfaction of using the government electronic procurement network co-supply contract system. The research results found that the surveyed marine cruisers The average age of agency procurement personnel is 36 years old, has been engaged in procurement business for at least 2 years, and all have professional procurement personnel certificates, and they are married. According to the interview results of 6 interviewees, it is found that the higher the level of awareness of the "system quality" and "service quality" of information system quality, it is predicted that the higher their satisfaction with the "government e-procurement system", service satisfaction directly affects behavior intentions.
