Ha Giang Province is located to the northeast of Viet Nam. The east of province borders Cao Bang Province, the west adjacent to Yen Bai and Lao Cao Province, and the south is bordering Tuyen Quang Province. The North of Ha Giang Province is near with the ethnic group of people of Mieu Van Son which belongs to Van Nam Province of China. The population was recorded in 210 showed a number of 735.800 people and the total square meters is 7.950 km2. According to the increasing in population, the government of province now has placing more and more dominant investments in economy. In order to achieve the development target, many core fields, such as tourism industry, coal and minerals exploiting and so on, have been chosen.One of the most important is traffic and transportation which is expected to contribute extremely efficiently into result.Basically, traffics and transportation is defined as the necessary element that is must been well prepared and developed along with any type of developing plan. With the rapid growth of economy as well as the demand of society, the quality of traffic and transportation of Ha Giang Province is facing with so many difficulties as well. In this context, the study is written with focus on factors that impact directly to the employees’ satisfaction at Department of Traffic and Transportation of Ha Giang Province. The main factorsare the experiences gained in the organization, the organization’s supports, productivity and quality of assigned work. It is showing that allthese factors have significant impacts to employees’ satisfaction in the organization.
