Quang Binh is a rural count y of Ha Giang Province in the northeast region of Vietnam. The County has an area of 774 square kilometer and a population of 50,886 in 2011 among them, there are officials in administrative institutions at districts level (excluding the commune levels). In Vietnam in general and in Quang Binh County in particular, The Public Administration Reform (PAR) Program in Vietnam which has been implemented for more than a decade, has achieved some progress. The overall objective of government pay policies is to get a government workforce with the skills, ethos, motivation, and accountability which are needed for effective, efficient and responsive administration. Therefore, in this context, the relationship between Organization Commitment and Government Officials performance in Quang Binh County is research. The study focus on factors impacting to officials performance in Quang Binh County. The main factors are organization commitment and compensation management which are affected by demographic characteristics. All those impacted are quantitatively researched with data analysis techniques, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis of the survey scale, and linear regression for hypothesis testing.
