我國鋼鐵產業經營策略之探討—以A公司為例

摘要

鋼鐵產業為推動國家基礎建設之根本，是活絡市場經濟及經濟建設發展的關鍵產業，與其有關聯性的產業相當廣闊，下游產業涵蓋金屬製造業、機械業、造船業、汽車業、運輸工具業、電腦業、電工器材業、土木工程以及建築業等，具有帶動下游相關工業發展，改善工業結構機制及加速促進整體經濟持續成長之動力與功能。近年來獨立國協及南美市場出現了鋼鐵需求衰退的現象，而中國大陸更因為經濟結構的變化與經濟成長的趨緩，使得過去幾年扮演全球鋼鐵需求成長火車頭的角色逐漸淡化。
本研究以台灣南部某鋼鐵集團旗下之鋼鐵公司為個案研究，使用文獻探討分析、資料蒐集整理及觀察法來作實證的研究，再運用蒐集到的營運數據對個案公司進行營運模式、收入模式及盈利模式進行分析探討，最後導入SWOT 分析法與Poter 五力分析法進行研究，分析公司內部的優缺點與外在環境的競爭條件，進而找出對公司有利的經營發展模式。

Steel industry is not only a foundation of propelling infrastructure in a nation, but also a crucial industry to boom up the economic markets and the development of economic construction. There are extensive other industries related to steel, such as gold-making, mechanic, ship-building, automobiles, transportation, IT, electronic material, construction, building industries, and so forth. Steel industry boosts the development of relevant industries, improves the operation of industrial structure, and also speeds up the dynamic and function of economic growth.
In recent years the recession of steel industry starts to emerge among the nations of Commonwealth of Independent States and the South America. Even China also gradually loses its leading role of the steel industry due to the change of economic structure and the slowdown of economic growth.
The thesis will exemplify a steel corporation in the southern Taiwan as a case study. We make a research by analyzing the references, data collecting and observing method, and then apply the final statistics to come up with a detailed discussion about the business model, income and interest models in the company. Eventually we will analyze the strength and weakness in a company and the conditions of competing with the outside environment by applying SWOT analysis and POTER five forces analysis. Furthermore, we hope to figure out an effective management module in a company.
